Welcome to our beautiful industrial artist apartment directly next to Görlitzer Park, in the middle of Kreuzbergs nicest neighborhood!

It´s the perfect home base to enjoy your holidays, together with your spouse and family & friends. 

The building is one of the typical antique houses, which provide the luxury of high ceilings and antique wooden floors. Big windows opening towards south-west illuminate the flat during midday / afternoon.

The apartment is found in the second floor of the house and consists of two seperate bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen and bathroom. Its renovated in an industrial style, leaving the... plastered walls open and the metall tubes visible. the rooms have each their own specific color and tone, which creates a distinct atmosphere. Of course all the apartment is heated by central heating.

The living room:

In the big and comfortable living room there is space for your to relax after days of discovering the city. There is a big couch with table, hifi-equipment to connect your personal devices, a big working table and space and of course free WIFI for your entertainment.

We equipped the living room with an additional double bed, so that it can be used as 3rd bedroom or relaxing space. In the corner you will find a modern metal stove, where you can light a wooden fire, if you feel like.

The bedrooms:

each of the two double bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable futon bed and equipped for storing your personal belongings.

One of the bedrooms has still an old tiled stove, antique and nostalgic remain of past times... its working and of course you can light it to have a cosy evening next to the stove.

The other bedroom (green) has a additional working desk, where you can work or coordinate your daily necessities.

The kitchen:

Fully equipped you can cook and prepare meals onloy limited by your creativity. You will find pots and pans, knives and all sorts of tools in the cupboards as well as a collection of old german porcelain to serve the food in an adecuate and beautiful way.

Next to the window you have a seating arrangement with a table and space for 2-4 people to have a tea, snack or breakfast.

The bathroom:

the bathroom is the smallest room of the apartment and provides with shower, toilet and sink everything one needs. The towels can be heated by the installed towel heater :)

location:

The apartment is located in the middle of Kreuzberg, directly in front of the old and well known Görlitzer Park. The Park is a huge green and sunny space, to enjoy the day, meet friends or the sun beams or to visit one of the nightly jam sessions.

The direct neighborhood consists of a couple of traffic reduced streets, bordered by small cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. You can find everything you need for your daily supply just next door, as well as any kind of entertainment is reachable by walking only a couple of minutes. (Watergate 5 minutes walk, club der visionäre 7 minutes)

If you are traveling with your kids, you will find the neighborhood just perfectly adapted. The park has a lot of space to play and a free little petting zoo, in the surrounding streets you will find playgrounds and cosy cafes and restaurants where kids are very welcome.

transport:

the next Ubahn (underground) station is Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1). The line U1 is one of Berlins oldest metro connection lines and is constructed over land, so you can see the city while being in the underground. It connects you with the western parts of the city (Schöneberg / Chalottenburg) as well as with the east (Warschauer Strasse).

To reach Alexander Platz your ride will take around 10 minutes.

  A well-placed blast of nostalgic renewal. Amazing rustic place, with such soul. Was exactly what we had in mind, when arriving to this absolutely breathe-taking city. Spacious and neatly designed, one feels never to leave. We didn't miss a thing and host is a sweetheart, showing us all the cool corners, the cheap but amazing places to eat and all the great concert venues. We will definitely be back

  “Great apartment, excelent location”

  Bedroom was very comfortable. The living/ dining room was also very big and very comfortable (even slept in the sofa one night it was so huge and comfortable). The sunny balcony a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen was full equipped. We had a few problems while checking in but that was resolved very quickly and efficiently by very friendly staff. If we needed anything during our stay they were very helpful.
  Would definitely return as it was very comfortable, well located in Kreuzberg heart and great value for money! Definitely a very good choice.
