The Building is from the early 1900’s and the façade of the house that was designed in a classical style and was recently renovated to it's old splendor.
Our Apartment is 1000 sq ft. and is equipped with free private WIFI high-speed Internet and cable service.
Tough the Apartment is in the middle of everything it is EXTREMELY QUIET, even throughout the day there will be no noise to interfere with your holiday time and you can relax after a busy city day or night.

The apartment is located only 3 minutes walking distance form eberswalder street underground station and only two stations away from berlin's city centre. You may want to take a beautiful walk through kastanienalle into the centre and skip the trains. Right as you come out of the apartment you will encounter countless pubs, restaurants, cafés, galleries and little shops, which create a day and nightlife atmosphere unique from the rest of berlin. Prenzlauer berg is a focal point of the berlin art scene.
Prenzlauer berg is one of the most popular districts in Berlin, is one of Berlin's prettiest neighborhoods and central. Much of prenzlauer berg escaped damage in the second world war and post war redevelopment. Nowadays prenzlauer berg offers trendy shopping with many streetstyle fashion designers selling their wares in trendy boutiques.
Kollwitzplatz and helmholtzplatz (1 and 2 blocks away) have weekly street markets, and the former breweries kulturbrauerei, pfefferberg and kastanienallee are the hot spots of interest.
Prenzlauer berg has recently become a popular area for the current wave of american and european immigrants into berlin, many of whom are artists who have moved to berlin in search of the cheap downtown apartments and studio space which are very hard to find in other capital cities and 'centres for the arts' like New York, London and Paris but which are abundant in berlin. Conversations in english can often be heard in the street cafes along the kastanienallee.

We were welcomed with charm and shown the beautiful apartment . We so enjoyed the handpicked decor and style , a great pink reading chair , a lovely bedroom with lots of hangers , new appliances
and all we needed in the kitchen to make our week comfortable.
The location is very close to the U Bahn terminal and took us everywhere we needed to go. Cafes and restaurants were near by, as well as shops and banks. A beautiful place and we hope to be able to stay again . Thank you very much for having us . -

I recently visited Berlin for the first time with my boyfriend. We absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect..just one block from the metro. Tons of great places to eat and shop right outside our door. Convenient to everything. At the end of our long days of seeing the sights, we would return to this fantastic place and relax for the rest of the night. It was so comfortable, beautifully furnished. We felt very at home. Really enjoyed our stay!

Ich bin öfters in Berlin. Diese Wohnung war bis jetzt die Beste die ich gemietet habe. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Zentrum vom Prenzlauer Berg in einem Quergebäude und in nur 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn Eberswalder str. In nur 3 Stationen ist man am alexander Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit neuen Möbeln, Flach bild Fernsehen und einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Man ist in mitten unzähliger trendy Bars und Geschäfte und es ist ständig etwas los. Die Fassaden in der aus der Gründerzeit sehen super aus. Man ist mitten drin aber wenn man in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich sehr wohl und es ist unwahrscheinlich ruhig. Selbst der Supermarkt um die Ecke ist 24 Stunden geöffnet Ich kann diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und werde Sie dass nächste mal wieder buchen. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Master Suite in einem Hotel.

N.Y.Location, apartment and Price were perfect!!

Robert the owner was so helpful, advising us on inside tips on places to go and helping us find a restaurant for food through out our stay. We come from New York for a friends weekend and the apartment was perfect. The Kitchen and shower were perfect and you can't bet the comfort of the beds and the linen was so clean and lovely. I can't recommend this apartment more. The location is right next to the underground and with a supermarket just 5 minutes away and a bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, metro stations and a short walk distance from alexander platz the location is perfect.
The apartment is very nicely decorated, spacious, high ceilings and windows you almost feel like you are in a house.
The price was very good for the sixe of the apartment and the location.
We felt like we got what we paid for and more.

My husband, two friends and I came to Berlin to watch my son and our two friends participate in the Berlin marathon. We stayed in this spacious and elegant apartment that has an excellent location in the middle of Berlin. The layout of the place and the amenities are very good. The property was clean and well maintained which added to our enjoyment of our stay in Berlin.
The owner, Robert,provided us with excellent customer service, answering all our queries and special requests. I would recommend the apartment for all the above mentioned reasons.
The metro station, Eberswalder Straze, is only a few hundred yards from the apartment entrance, making it easy to move around the city. Just around the corner you can finda supermarket and delicious Spanish and Mexican restaurants, as well as many more just about everywhere you look. Overall the accomodsation and service was excellent and I'd thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone. -

My best friend and I spent a week in Berlin at Robert's property and had a wonderful time. The check in was perfect as the apartment was an easy train ride from the airport for me and my friend, who was flying in at a different time, took a taxi to the apartment which was a short 25 minute ride and the 25 Euros.The apartment is perfectly situated almost in Mite (short walk or train ride away) but in the heart of Prenz Lauerberg. The area is lovely and the apartment itself is close to restaurants, shopping, bars, nightclubs, bakeries and a lot more.
I found the apartment to be quite fabulous as it was spacious, extremely comfortable and very stylish. The kitchen is big and had everything we needed to prepare our meals when we were not venturing out for meals. The bedroom has a king size bed and a desk, perfect for two people. The large living room is extremely comfortable equipped with a flat screen TV and a reading area that was perfect for whenever we got back from our busy days. Although I was on holiday, I had to stay connected to work and the apartment's Wifi signal was problem-free and strong throughout the entire apartment.
I would highly recommend this property to any one looking to spend a wonderful time in Berlin. We have already booked the apartment again for next year - so looking forward to it!
