Centrally located in Friedrichshain, near the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, about 2 km from Alexanderplatz and TV Tower, the apartment is the perfect base for a city break in Berlin. It is located in a renovated property, where the "Altbau" building style is retained, as there are high ceilings, oak doors and stucco ceilings in hallway. The apartment is 80 square meters (860 sq ft) large and consists of two bedrooms, a large bright living room, a nice bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and a microwave oven. In addition, flat screen TV, stereo and wireless interne...t, which are freely accessible. One bedroom has an exit to a balcony from which there is a good view of Simon-Dach-Strasse. Furthermore, there is a small garden table and four chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the weather.
