Elegant and quiet apartment located in the oldest part of the city center, by the river bank, in the "Fischer Insel" area, Fisherman’s Island.

The apartment is on the first floor of an early 20th century building and located in a very central and yet quiet place, right in the historic center of Berlin Mitte.

This charming neighborhood is known for the numerous bridges that connect the city's distant history and origins.

The area surrounding the apartment

The U2 Märkisches Museum underground station, located just a few steps from the apartment, allows guests to access key city locations.

Walking along the banks... of the Spree River, guests can easily reach the most emblematic city sites. For example: the Cathedral, Museum Island, the Opera, the Friedrichstrasse (one of the city's most elegant shopping streets), Unter den Linden boulevard, Alexanderplatz and Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin's most beautiful square.

But also, by simply crossing the bridge towards Museum Island, guests will find themselves in the liveliest and most trendy city area: Hackesche Höfe and Rosenthalerstraße, Alte Schönhauserstrasse, Neue Schönhauserstrasse, Münzstrasse, etc... Furthermore, from here it is also very easy to get to another one of the most interesting and dynamic Berlin areas: Prenzaluer Berg district, where guests should pay special attention to Kastanienallee Street and Kollwitzplatz.

The Apartment

The century-old elegant building has been recently redone and refurbished.

This apartment offers guests maximum comfort to enjoy their Berlin stay.

It is a quiet and nice apartment overlooking an indoor garden courtyard, and counts on high stucco ceilings.

The living room area is furnished with two sofas, each convertible into a double bed.

The room is also furnished with a dining area with table and four chairs, plasma TV and internet connection.

The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, and two one-door wardrobes.

The kitchen is really functional, equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, as well as all kitchen utensils needed to cook.

The elegant bathroom fittings include a bathtub, washbasin and toilet.

  El apartamento es muy comodo y esta muy bien situado. Todo genial, la única pega es que tenía un olor raro.
  También tuvimos una mala experiencia con el check out. Quedamos con nuestro contacto a una hora y se le había olvidado, tuvimos que llamarle y esperarle más de una hora.

  It was a very spatious apartment, very comfortable and lighting and just 100 mts from metro station M.Museum. It was a great experience and we felt at home with our 2 children.
  Carmen waited for us and explained everything we needed and even came after us when we were leaving because she found a package we had forgotten at the apartment. Our stay was really nice. Highly recommendable. Nice, big and tidy.
