Welcome to our big artist flat in Kreuzberg, the creative and multicultural part of Berlin.
The 3 double bedrooms are all furnished with each their comfortable double bed, sofas or sitting accommodations and working tables. Each of the rooms windows open to the private garden or inner yard, no street noises will disturb you.
In total there are up to 8 sleeping spaces, enough room for you to have a great holiday with your friends or to feel home with your family.
The living / kitchen is very big, fully equipped for cooking, with a huge bar table and space for 8 people to sit and enjoy breakfast, food or some drinks.

The apartment is directly in between the river and the big park (Görlitzer Park), a great recreation area, with lots of cozy cafes, bars and restaurants close by. You are connected very well with all the areas of the city, 5 minutes to the next Ubahn(underground) station, from where you only take 10 minutes to "Mitte", the city center.
In the neighborhood of the apartment you have a weekly (2x / tue + fri) oriental food market and a (1x / sat) cloths and design market where you can get lovely things made in berlin or excellent turkish treats.

The flat was very nice and the location is was just what we needed. Great food around the corner, nice little bar everywhere, the maybachufer market right across the river and easy access to u-bahn. Dealing with carol was very easy and for me it's very easy easy to recommend this place to anyone.

We, a group of 7 of 20 year olds, stayed from Jan 7 until Jan 23. The apartment comfortably fitted us all and was actually quite large and clean. The interior was also very well decorated with quirky and eccentric bits and pieces all around and some particularly good paintings in each room. The only trouble with a group of seven staying really is that there is only one bathroom and the kitchen is rather small although there is so many cheap eateries within close proximity that the size of the kitchen did not really matter. The location was also quite central, being only a 10 minute walk from the closest U-bahn. And of course the owners of the apartment were great and were helpful in many ways.

Great Kreuzberg location. Close to park, restaurants, music. Very much a neighborhood feeling. Apartment was quirky. No living room. All bedrooms, small kitchen with little amenities. Unusual kinky art. Was led to believe it was more of a four star accommodation but three star at best. Great for people who are out all night and need a quiet place to sleep during the day. Not great for families or those seeking a home away from home feeling.

We were 6 people over in Berlin to celebrate a birthday. We were supposed to stay in one of their other apartments but were relocated to this one at the last moment with no say in the matter as they had had a water leak at the other apartment. This was not a problem in its self, these things happen. However we found the apartment a bit tired and not very clean. Worst thing was no proper equipment in the kitchen. No toaster, no coffee machine, hardly any pots or pans and no tea clothes or cloths at all. We still had a great time in Berlin but I would say it was not because of the apartment but despite of it.

Carrol is an awesome host. The appartement was very clean, friendly and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the photos. You will find everything there at awalking distance, in perhaps the most exciting part of Berlin at this moment. Locals call this part of Neu Koln "Neu Kreuzberg" because this is where it's happening!!! We will be back to Berlin in about a month and we will definitely contact Carrol again. Sayonara!

As a group of four visiting Berlin we booked this large homely apartment - It was great!
Very spacious with large bedrooms & all the amenities, can happily house eight persons as advised. The apartment is well located in Kreuzberg to get around to all attractions & good value for money. Some friends who dropped by & saw the place commented on it being ideal & also nice & cool in the summer heat.
Myself & my pals would definitely look to stay here again!! -

We stayed there for 4 days, and everything was perfect, especialy : the location (Kreuzberg, great !), the quiet of the area, the atmosphere of the appartement which is great., so charming.
The cleanliness was perfect too.
The place is very nice for large group (the long and high table in the huge kitchen with stools is particularly nice for having a drink or eating with friends).
We just regretted the size (too small) of the kitchen sink...Except this, everything was so perfect ! -

The flat and the room are perfect. Big , clean, first floor with garden, excelent location. And the girls who live the re better! . Lot of tips, company for night trips , very kindly, friendly and creative . You can n¡know berlin and also learn a lot of things if you stay here. Totaly recomended!

we had a wonderfull stay in carols house. we were 7 people and still the house was big enough for us not to feel squeezed. Its a warm and welcoming home, lots of artworks everywhere... and the location is really best!
Kreuzberg has a lot of interesting places and stuff going on... Carol provided us with many tips of where to eat and go out and shop, etc... definitely recomended!
