We'd love to welcome you in our comfortable oasis in Berlin Mitte. You can relax, work nicely and discover Berlin from here! The spacious and bright apartment (63qm) has been designed with attention to detail. The apartment is functional and is fitted with all conveniences; you will immediately feel at home.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the characterful quarter Scheunenviertel, which is well-known for its galleries, original shops and designer stores. You are within walking distance of the most interesting attractions, cosy pubs and restaurants.

The one-bedroom apartment has a modern and attractive interior.... The apartment is situated on the second floor of an architectonic tour de force, designed by the renowned Berlin architect duo Zanderroth. The gallery Helmrinderknecht is located on the ground floor and regularly exhibits work of (inter)national artists. The apartment has a lot of extras like underfloor heating, a big elevator and a car park.

The apartment has two large balconies, one facing south. This balcony is located at the street side and overlooks the wonderful Koppenplatz and the lively Orienburgerstrasse. You will stay really ‘mittendrin’. It cannot be situated more centrally! You stay in the historic heart of the liveliest quarter of Berlin and it is within walking distance of the famous attractions like the TV tower on the Alexanderplatz, die Hackeschen Höfe, die Volksbühne, die Museuminsel, Unter den Linden and the largest memorial of the Berlin wall.
Mitte is a lively quarter where you can find people with the most diverse lifestyles. That is why there is a lot of activity in the field of fashion, art and culture. There are plenty of shops that offer a variety of clothes; from the fancy Galeries Lafayette to the Kastanienallee, where you can find flashy fashion by young designers.
Mitte is dynamic, green and serene. There are a number of extraordinary beautiful parks and a lot of idyllic gardens that invite you for a stroll.
