A deluxe 5.2 apartment on two floors.The Olive Tree Villa is set in the Embassy quarter of Bern and a tennis court is found vis à vis the house. Barbecue facilities can be used in summer.

These Art Nouveau-style apartments are a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, the Clock Tower and Cathedral. It is a 10-minute walk from Bern Zoo and 100 metres from Thunplatz Bus Stop. Bern Main Station is a 10-minute tram journey away.
Kirchenfeld area is a very elegant residential area extremely safe even at night.

Tenía muchas dudas porque era la primera vez que alquilaba un departamento en vez de ir a hotel y la verdad fue maravilloso. La propietaria, Maxime, encantadora, nos esperó, nos dejó en la heladera jugos, agua, frutas, mermeladas. Había panes y galletas, todo lo necesario para que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. También todo equipado, con máquina de café expres y todo el café que quisiéramos. Lleno de detalles, sumamente limpio, con sitio para estacionar el auto y muy cerca de todo.
La verdad es que muchísimo mejor que cualquier hotel. -

BeijingThe best travelling experiences even in the worst timing

Travelling in Europe during the winter time especially when the snow storms occurred could be a completely terrible experience. Just like our families was choosing the worst seasons to visit Bern at the end of Jan. However, we were lucky enough to choose Maxine and Edy's house to stay! It turns out having our best memories in Europe this winter.
The apartment was quite beautiful, cozy and clean. Each room was decorated and prepared very thoughtful. The warm and clean bedding, everything you need in the bathroom, comfortable sofa, wood for the fireplace ,huge TV, lovely candles and even for the play stations and WII...We enjoyed cooking very much, in the kitchen, except normal equipments like big refrier, cookware, dishwasher, microwave etc. you also could find lot of things you may need in the magical refrier and closet: different kind of fruit juice, still and sparkling water, olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spaghetti, Nesresso capsules with different flavors...Due to so comfortable to stay in the house and the terrible weather outside, we were reluctant to step out almost for entirely 3 days. So we cancelled trip to Interlaken and decided to postpone 1 day go to Munich, just wanted to enjoy cooking nice food, drinking hot coffee or tea by seating closely to the lovely balcony or the dream loft.
The location of the house was perfect indeed. Only need 10 mins walk to downtown and 5 mins to supermarket. And even this, the street was very quiet and safe. The private parking place in yard was very convenient.
Last but not least, the owner, Maxine and Edy are really friendly, helpful and sweet. They treated us not like customers but family members, taking care of all the detail things and our feelings. If you don't take for granted the things closest to your heart, you couldn't help to be sweet on them and their 2 lovely dogs, Byron and Charlie, even in a very short 3 days.
We are looking forward to visiting you again or we might meet in Beijing in the future ^_^

It was a really nice experience to stay at this appartment. Very comfortable and there is everything you need- like fridge, coockware, water, Nesresso machine, some basic products to cook and have your tee, wood for the fireplace, microwave, etc. Location is excellent - as it's very near the tram station and supermarket. Being in the center of the area with all the embassies around, you feel very safe there. Not much nose on the street. Particularly want to note, that the owners of this lace are very friendly and helpful people, therefore we felt as being really desired guests in their house. Also, travelling in the cold season, we really enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace.
