A lovely, 'upside down' cottage sleeping up to three in one bedroom and a folding bed. The Barn is a lovely, 'upside down' cottage in Berrynarbor, Devon. With one ground floor double bedroom, and an additional folding bed, it sleeps up to three. There is also a ground floor bathroom and a first floor living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is use of a shared games area, parking and a garden with views of the stream. The Barn is a lovely touring base for a romantic escape.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, shared freeze...r, shared washing machine and tumble dryer (at a small charge), TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player, selection of books and games, shared use of outdoor covered games room with table tennis and darts. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and Z-bed available on request. Off road parking for one car. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ, private patio area with garden furniture, large, shared paddock. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced stream on site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Max. 2 adults.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: The village of Berrynarbor is ideally placed at the end of the wonderful Sterridge Valley. The village is surrounded by woodlands and farms. The narrow streets are beautifully lined with cottages, gardens and floral displays. This part of Devon is also designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, perfect for walkers and birdwatchers, due to the coastal cliffs and rugged landscape. The North Devon Coastal Path is also an essential part of your holiday if you enjoy walking. The coastal towns and villages of Illfracombe, Combe Martin, Barnstaple and Woolacombe are only a short drive away. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
