This chalet is within easy walking distance of a ski trail. Its envelope design helps keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The decor is North Woods, with a small living room and large kitchen. New outdoor hottub added on new deck. Large solarium for ski storage.

Great place to stay. The house was very nice and all things needed were included. We had 11 people and most everybody was comfortable. There was one bed upstairs that was only made for a child though. The only other hickup was the grill outside on the deck. It was a charcoal grill. Was expecting a gas unit. Oh well. The location was nice especially with the bar and grill across the road. Overall well worth the money spent.

We had a wonderful time at Slideaway. It was a family trip for us with our 5 daughters and significant others and grandkids. The accomodations were wonderful, plenty of room for all of us. Loved the hot tub and the solarium. The location was the best. Right across from alpine Inn, which had fabulous live music and a welcoming warm charm. The access to the slopes made it even better! No driving, we could ski in for lunch or a quick check on the little ones. It was great to be able to have an area to keep our ski equipment and get ready indoors. The hot tub was definitely a highlight!! The staff was incredible for anything we needed. If traveling with small children..The stairs were the only issue, but we managed to gate them off!

We had a great time. The space for taking off ski equipment was perfect. The newly remodeled kitchen was really nice. the small walk to the slope was just like trailside. We had one of our best ski vacations tanks to Slideaway.
