This place was well supplied and clean. Very quiet. Jacuzzi was fun. We had perfect weather and snow conditions. The staircase from the ski trail up to the house was a challenge! The Bpla staff are super helpful.

Our group consisted of 2-21 year olds, 3-18 year olds, 2-15 year olds and a 40 something (me). This unit was perfect! We have made this trip for a number of years, each time in a different trail-side unit, we will definitely return to Southern Comfort-2. It is very clean and nicely furnished and updated. The beds and sheets were nice as were the towels (shampoo and conditioner would be a nice addition). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (and now even has my Lasagna pan-I forgot it)! Having 3 bathrooms is a definite plus. the hot tub room is is great, it would be nice to highlight as we didn't bring swim suits because we thought it was just a jetted tub in a bathroom. I was sad to see it is for sale and hope the new owners will take as good care of the unit as the current ones do.

the chalet was in great condition, located on the ski hill
in the woods. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of
hot water for the whirlpool. The kitchen was completely
equipped including a dishwasher. private but not
isolated site. five minutes to Ironwood.

Even though the weather was too warm(we had some rain and the skiing conditions were terrible), we still had fun.... The only complaint was there were bugs in one of the bedrooms but it was the spring thaw...

Great place to stay with 2 families!! Plenty of room and everyone had a bed. Staff was very fast with requests (i.e. more towels, water jug etc).
Very easy to ski in and out. Restaurant within walking distance.
2 downfalls were that the driveway wasn't plowed so very hard to park and the family room is a little small for the group.
Here 3 more rentals located nearby.
