We were very pleased with Popcorn, this is our 27th year at Powderhorn, and the first time at Popcorn. It was clean , had a sauna and Jacuzzi, which is great after skiing.

Popcorn was a very good fit for our group from Green Bay again this year. This is the 3rd year we've stayed here. The number of bedrooms and 4 bathrooms works well. We enjoy the whirlpool and sauna after the day of skiing. Only improvements would be to clear the steps of ice (very ice and dangerous) and we had to shovel off the deck to set our coolers and get to the grill (nice to have the grill for steaks). We'll be back again someplace at Bpla for our 31st year. The Memory Book program (multiple year stay) helped with a free night. Take advantage if you can.

This rental is "home away from home" with the hot tub and sauna being additional amenities. The view of the
mountain and ski trails was awesome from the living area of this property; yet privacy was afforded. The fireplace and large family kitchen made for a cozy family dinner and game nights. Wi-Fi and current Dvds along with TV in each room and sking at the lodge provided all the entertainment we needed. We would like to come back in 2013. -

This is really a superb facility. There are 4 bedrooms each with a bath. A wood burning fireplace. A great hot tub in a seperate room. A sauna. Popcorn was nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. It is in a great location where you can see the ski hills from the deck. It is about an 8 minute walk to the ski lodge. We will definitely stay there the next time we come back to ski. We have been coming to big Powderhorn for 20 years and Popcorn is the place we liked the best. Our grandkids did not want to leave.

We stayed 4 nights at Popcorn over Presidents Day weekend. Nice house,bright and clean.Good layout and location.short 1min drive to chair lift.
Everyroom had a bathroom but the bathrooms could use an update.Also the whirlpool room should have a tv. -

Our 29th annual trip to Powderhorn was great like always. The weather was fantastic with highs in the mid-30's and cool at night. Ski conditions were good considering the lack of snow. We loved the new lodge, especially the elevator trip to/from the bar (no more clunking up and down the steps in those ski boots).
The accommodations at Popcorn were good again this year. The sauna and whirlpool tub sure felt good after our days of skiing. The new flat screen TV was a great addition this year for watching the Super Bowl, even though the Packers didn't play in the big game.
We'll be back again next year somewhere on the hill for the 30th "Reunion" Tour. -

We had stayed at Popcorn several years ago and always wanted to come back. We were not disappointed. The property was updated somewhat and even better than we remembered. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen appliances, nice towels, comfy beds, and fans to help mitigate the heat.

We had 7 adults plus one 2 year old right around the 4th. Popcorn itself is a very nice place - plenty of room, good beds and baths, appliances, TVs in all rooms, everything in good shape. The only complaint is related to the weather: 96 degrees and a 110 heat index one day made a place with no a/C suffer. On the "normal" summer days it was just fine. I'd go back, especially in the winter to make use of the sauna and hot tub. This is a good rental! Brian

What a way to top the weekend with a Packer victory at the Super Bowl. We made reservations last year for this weekend and decided to stay Friday - Monday instead of leaving Sunday like in the past. As a small group from Green Bay we were excited to be able to watch the game and celebrate at Powderhorn. Ski conditions were excellent along with the weather. Popcorn worked well for our group. Having 4 bathrooms was great. It was nice to use the sauna and whirlpool after a full day of skiing. Only improvement would have been better snow removal. We had to shovel several areas and a great deal to use the grill (understandably chained down to the deck, but surrounded by in all directions 2 feet of snow. We'll be back some place next year for our 29th annual trip.

The house was well stocked and comfortable. It was very cold and the heat worked well. Fireplace was a bit hard to get going, but the association responded promptly to a request for kindling the threw in firestarters as well. As we cooked all of our meals, the well stocked kitchen was great. The only negative from the weekend was the weather... about which no one can be blamed!! Despite the cold, however, the snow and surroundings were beautiful. Wifi was an unexpected and welcome bonus.

Once again, popcorn housed the most popular girls on the hill. Unfortunately we were so hot that the Ski Lodge burned down but we just kept right on popping at our place. Glad the CD player was working. Can't comment on the sauna or hot tub as they weren't used, maybe next year. Thanks for a great time. See you all in 2012
