The accommodation were excellent and the location was great. The only issue we had was the water had an extreme iron smell and taste. Improving the water would make this a 4 star stay. Overall Tealwood is a great place to stay allowing you access to snowmobile trails and big Powderhorn mountain.

We were welcomed upon check in by a friendly representative. The cabin was as described with additions of firewood provided and a six burner gas grill! Tealwood was clean and comfortable with new carpet. The dark wood paneling make the place a bit dark but that's the only drawback. The floor plan with bedrooms on the first floor minimizes lugging suitcases and provides for some separation with the kitchen and living room on the second floor. Everyone including the service people was personable and friendly.

We wanted a place that was secluded and we got it! We had neighbors but we couldn't see or hear them. It was great to see deer roaming on our "backyard". The accommodations were very comfortable as well. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. How to choose! We would do it again. The only **minor** issue was the chairs on the porch. They were not very comfortable as they were just plastic chairs. We still used them but they didn't make you want to sit for hours.

Everything about our stay at Tealwood went well. It was clean and well-furnished, and the air conditioning was definitely a plus this year! We would have had trouble sleeping without it. We stayed there several years ago, and since then many updated furnishings have been added that we enjoyed. The only issue we have with Big Powderhorn Lodging is the fee structure. It's very reasonable if only a few people stay, but if you add additional guests, such as when our adult children can join us, the price gets out of range.

We have stayed here before and this time brought friends with us who also greatly enjoyed the place. Only thing that needs attention would be the mattresses (time to replace them...particularly the bedroom on the first level with the bunk beds in it - the queen mattress is completely worn out so that is the only complaint that my back has.) Overall, we love this chalet and Powderhorn. Thanks for another great stay in the North woods! We'll be back!

Growing up in the area we were visiting family over the 4th of July holiday weekend. My fiancé, her 2 young girls, and I were looking for a nice place to stay, that was reasonable cost, allowed a dog, and was a place to "get away" and make our own. Tealwood was perfect. The girls were ecstatic once we arrived, running around finding their rooms. The condo was spacious, it had everything we needed for the weekend, including games and coloring books for the kids! The weekend proved to be very relaxing and Tealwood had a lot to do with that. One morning we were using the sauna. My fiancé's 6 year old put a damp washcloth over her face, leaned back, and sighed "this is the life"! We will be staying again!

Tealwood and Powderhorn were great! Nice location (out of the way) - our teenager enjoyed it - our 5 month old was right at home and even our dogs loved it. We are planning to be back this summer for a week and would definitely stay in Tealwood again!

From the moment I called I knew our stay would be great. Everyone was very nice. We stayed at Tealwood and had a great time. Very clean and comfortable.
