We have stayed here on 2 separate occasions to Bethany Beach and would definately come back. Very nice, spacious rooms. Great location near the ocean. Close proximity to Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach but Bethany Beach offers a lot too.

We were so happy to have found this house for our recent trip to Bethany Beach! We were traveling to BB for a family wedding, and met up with our daughter and her family. It was so much better than staying in an overpriced hotel room!!!
The house was clean and well kept. It was a good thing we did bring toilet paper with us though, since the one bathroom didn't have any and the master bath only had a partial roll! lol
The owner was very gracious and answered all of our questions prior to our arrival! Thanks Michele! -

We recently returned from a week long stay in Bethany Beach. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the minute we contacted the owner she was responsive and helpful. All materials were delivered to us in a timely fashion.
The unit itself is immaculate and nicely decorated and the perfect size for a family of four with two young children. The Bear Trap Community is pristine and offers every amenity that one could want including tennis, golf, park, pools, gym, beach shuttle and other activities. People who reside and rent in the community are very friendly. Our favorite morning activity was a family bike ride around the community which is very safe...we rented bikes from Ocean Cycles which was also a great experience (they offer free bike delivery and pick up). Despite the fact that Bear Trap is a car ride from the beach, the shuttle service comes regularly and makes getting to the beach very convenient.
In Bethany Beach there is so much to do-- we never even got to all the things we wanted to do. We really found it our ideal vacation location and would like to return next year.
There are also some excellent restaurants. Two of our favorites were Just Hooked and the Lobster Shanty. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear Trap Dunes community. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The development is well designed and managed very well, as the grounds were impecable. We will definitely consider this property for our next visit and possibly a purchase of our own!

We stayed in august. Family of four (kids 7/9). The villa is beautiful. It was so spacious and lovely. Three Tv's (vcr/dvd) so no fighting over what to watch. Not that we had time for much TV. It has a large eat in kitchen with all the amenities of home. Giant supermarket was located down the road so we could have a fridge full of goodies. Screened porch for dinner and hanging out. The village of Bear Trap was terrific, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pools and the playground and Taylor the lifeguard!! My husband loved the 27 holes of golf right outside the door! Beach shuttle or short drive or bike ride to the beach which is beautiful and a great little town for shopping eating etc. We went to a movie on the beach one night and a concert the next! You are a short drive away from Rehoboth Beach and OC MD which has the arcades, amusements and water parks so we did all that too. We had a terrific meal in every restaurant we went to (even the kids didn't complain). It was the best family vacation we ever had. We can't wait to go back.

We are a small family of four with two very young children. We took a chance on a last minute getaway and found this rental via Trip advisor. We were very impressed with the home and community. We found the home in good order: every appliance we used worked well, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We spent most of our time at Bethany Beach but took a nice work around the quiet community which had country club level amenities and beautifully kept grounds. We were pleased at every turn indoors and out. We are considering when we can come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!
