Enjoy vacationing in this great retreat just three homes from the beach. With a unique floor plan, nice deck, and screened porch, you'll feel oh so comfortable.
Up to nine travelers can stay here; there are three bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs (spiral stairs are provided). The third bathroom is located under the house. Recent updates include a new sofa, loveseat, kitchen sink, kitchen floor, fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The cottage was not clean, the decks had splinters and downstairs bathroom was filthy.

I'm very sorry that the property was not cleaned thoroughly. We maintain a cleaning crew to stay later to re-clean any units that the guest feels does not meet their standards. A quick call to our office would have produced such a crew.
