Three families shared this beautiful house for the Ocean to Bay bike ride during april. Great location and plenty of room for all adults and kids. Well equipped kitchen and lovely screened deck area for dining. We've stayed here before during the Summer with our extended family and decided to bring our friends for the Spring bike ride. Will rent again during the Summer and Fall.

This home is lovely for 4 (or more) families to rent. It is spacious, clean and very 'family' oriented. You can all gather in the large living area or you can separate to the spacious bedrooms it provides. The loft area is ideal for the teenagers to have their own space and the screened porch and quick walk way to the beach are ideal. Loved it! Will definitely be back for our third year in a row. Wilgus was wonderful in helping us find it and our agent was most helpful.

To truly get a scope of just how big this place is, the pictures provided really don't tell the whole story. I was worried we weren't going to have enough room for everyone but we had plenty. The rooftop deck or The Crow's Nest as we called it is the highest point in the immediate area and was our favorite hang out spot as the week went on. The giant screened in porch with a nice big lcd TV off the kitchen was a nice surprise. The only negative things I could say was that if you're big on nightlife, which we were, you're about ten miles away from the area hot spots and you'll have to make sure you arrange your travel or draw straws to see who will be DD. Also we were there in the off season and most of the houses around us were empty but neighbors are pretty close in proximity so I could see there might being a noise issue for those who are lame enough to complain about such things. Great place though, turned out better than expected.

This house was perfect for the 16 of us that stayed in it. The screened-in porch off the living room was awesome and the loft on the third floor was perfect for the teen girls! The kitchen is stocked with so much, we won't need to bring as much next year - it was great!!! The location is also fantastic!

Loved the house one of the best weve stayed in. Third floor room was great for all the kids. The screened in porch was a great addition.Only drawback was the stairs going to the upper deck needs sanding and painting.

This house was the perfect location for our family. The walk to the beach was completely manageable on the wood walkway. The house itself was also the perfect size for our family of 14 as well. We felt that it could have been a little cleaner. We noticed black mold in the showers and the carpets needed some serious cleaning as well. The back screened in porch with the TV was awesome. My father-in-law spent most of his time out there. We could tell some of the upgrades that the owners have made were very nice. The downside is that while we were there 2 of the bedrooms leaked through the ceilings due to hard rain. Wilgus was pretty responsive to getting the contractor out and getting the roof repaired by the end of our stay. Unfortunately, two of our family members had to sleep with buckets next to their beds most of the week. Overall, it turned out to be a decent vacation.

We have been renting this house for several years now and it was a nice surprise to see the many improvements the owner made to the property over the past year. The renovated bathroom on the 1st floor was a great improvement. The addition of a large screened-in porch off of the kitchen made a huge difference and really makes the house so much more liveable/enjoyable. The other improvements with the floor tiles in the entrance way, new flat screen Tv's, the loft bathroom improvements and the bedding in most of the bedrooms were really appreciated.
All in all the house was a delight---kudos to the owner. See you next year. -

Of all of the years that we have rented from Wilgus this property cleanliness was not great. All of the bathrooms were moldy beyond our belief. We had to have the cleaning service return and re-clean the showers. Also, the shower door was broken in one bathroom and we had to wait two days for a repair. The other downside was that there were not enough bathrooms, it would of been nice to have a bathroom in a hallway with a shower so the two bedrooms that didn't have to use someone else's bathroom to shower. The house was located about 5 houses back from the beach which was nice. Another nice thing was that the beach had a life guard. If you like tennis, this house is for you. The community has 1 tennis court which was available to renters. Overall the house was big and great for a group.

This was our 5th or 6th year at this house so we obviously like it very much. But, we have a few things to bring up. The main entrance doorway needs fixing---the floor tiles are loose and impede entering. I am afraid someone is going to fall. The shower doors in the bathroom in the master sweet on the first floor came loose and fell into the shower. Fortunately, nobody was
hurt. The last thing is that the deck, deck furniture and grill could stand some upgrading. -

Home was spacious and well furnished. The top deck (widows peak) was excellent for reviewing fireworks. Kitchen was very large and accomodated our family. It was well appointed with diswashers, ovens and eating space. The large family room with airy space was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the company of our family. The location was close enough to the beach and the traffic from route 1 was not a bother. Bedrooms were spacious and well appointed with bath and showers. The downside was the front deck. It was often to hot to sit on and not nearly large enough to enjoy. Overall the home provided and excellent space to enjoy our beach vacation.
