The home was accurately described. Very roomy and well stocked. Location was great. The elevator came in very handy for our older family members. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Beautiful yard and decks/balconies. Lots of space to be together or to find a quiet place if needed. Owner responded to question quickly when we were trying to use wifi. Wilgus associates, the rental agency, was very good to work with. Bethany Beach is very family friendly and will come back again. Would certainly recommend this home to friends. May be back in the future.

This house works well for my mother who is in a wheel chair. The elevator makes all the difference.

The house was in wonderful condition and we appreciated the fact it looked well cared for. The location was just what we wanted. We had plenty of dishes and chairs for everyone and excellent cooking utensils. Our security deposit was sent back in a very timely fashion and check in was handled well. The house was clean and ready for us at time of check-in.Thank you Wilgus. We will use your services again.

Big house, great location. Several issues with water leaking in two of the bedrooms. Wilgus came out the next day and serviced the carpets that were wet, but there needs to be some work done so the deck drains and doesn't leak through into the bedrooms. Lastly, the house has all the ammenities your could need, but the cleaning crew should try to keep things a bit nicer.

A few repairs were needed (but tended to). Kitchen & bathrooms should have been cleaner. Stove was very dirty, but housekeeper came next day to clean.
It's a beautiful home - lots of space for family. Would have scored as a perfect home if cleaner. -

Plenty of room. Great Location.Wasn't happy the outdoor refrigerator was not working (and that outdoor area was not as clean as I would have liked but probably from lack of use) ...made using the wonderful deck and backyard more inconvenient. The MasterSuite was to die for!! More room than you need on the beach...but I loved it! Great decks!

The size and location of the home were perfect for us, our family and friends. The house has an interesting "vertical" design with lots of light and outdoor space to enjoy. There was a lot of privacy blended with very comfortable and spacious areas for us to gather and enjoy each other. We really enjoyed the large ground level deck and excellent gas grill. The huge master suite on the top floor was particularly wonderful. Being just a few steps to the beach was priceless and made the vacation very relaxing and easy.
There were a few negatives...when we arrived, we were greeted by a repairman announcing that a new refrigerator was late in being delivered - and that whole situation made our arrival much more complicated than we had planned on. In addition, the house was not clean - especially the kitchen. Crystal, at Wilgus, ultimately did an excellent job responding to both situations. The next day, a cleaning crew gave the entire house a much-needed thorough cleaning. We did submit a short list of things needing repair - and hopefully those things will be taken care of before the next guests arrive. -

this is the second year we've rented this house, so you know we like it! It 's very roomy and though the location was only given a 4 star, as it's not oceanfront, the location is still excellent---only about 30 steps to get to the boardwalk that leads down to the beach. This house has views of the ocean on different levels, which is cool. You can even see the ocean while showering in the top floor shower! It also has a lot of places to hang out, like the veranda "out back", and also has a neat little, fairly private, back yard. We've enjoyed it both years and plan to be back again next year. Ps The no stars for service was because we really didn't have any cause to call for service!

Could have been a little cleaner. Deck off the kitchen had potatoe chips, stirers from drinks,
old leaves and cob webs a little sweep with a broom
would have done the job. Sink in the kitchen had a large crack that had been patched which did not
work subsequently the kitchen sink leaked wecalled
Wilgus and they sent someone to fix the leak one day later the sink leaked again we called Wilgus again and no returned our call or came by to fix the leak.
I would think when you rent a highend house (after all this is not a bungalow) The kitchen floor should not have cobwebs in the coners the vent over the stove should be dusted off and the kitchen cabints should be wiped down so that the splatter from other renters are clean(which I cleaned). The sliding glass doors off the kitchen had childrens finger prints on it (I cleaned that too).
The location of the house was great the views were great in spite of the above we had a good time.
