We love this location. Once a year, we rent a house for ourselves, our grown children, and two toddler grandchildren. The set up and location makes this a fun and easy experience. Next year will be our third stay at this house.

I have been going to Bethany Beach for 20yrs and my husband has been going since he was a child. We have stayed at 100 Cambell for several yrs now. We have wonderful friends that vacation with us and there is plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house is always very clean when we check in. Your located right across the street from the beach and directly behind the house is "town". We wouldn't want to be anywhere else for our Bethany trip!

Our rental house was just about perfect. Close as can be to the action and the beach. The house was clean and neat and comfortable. We really couldn't ask for anything more.

House always immaculate on arrival and something new every year. This year grill and porch furniture. Loss of beach close to property a source of major diaappointment and it seems to get worse every year. It has become a consideration in the renewal process as lack of beach space and sharp dropoff to water both have become negatives in the process. The house has all the assets needed, but the beach is an ever increasing problem.

Wifi a great addition. 2 family members needed to stay in touch with work daily. Much easier to do in house, more a vacation for them. House always clean on arrival. Owner willing to listen to recommendations. See you in 2011.

This was our 15th year staying at either 100 or 102 Campbell Place. We stayed at 100 Campbell Place this year and it was very nice with a great location. Comfort-wise, the beds on the 2nd floor were awfully firm. Other than that all was fine, although it looks like the upstairs tub could use some caulk to prevent leaking from the shower overspary down to the kitchen. The only other issue we had was with checkin, and it seems it has happened before as I think back. We do the drive up express check in, but we where there long enough to watch others go inside and come back out. There was no acknowledgment that we were there. I finally blew the horn and after a few minutes someone came to the window. Since this is Express, I would think someone would be at the window or would watch it during the express hours. Or maybe have something like a doorbell available so the person in the drive thru can let you know they are there.

This lovely home is comforatble, clean, well equipped, has a nice screened-in porch, outside garden, pleasant bedrooms, hospitable living and dining areas. Good for several couples, lots of bathrooms, and sleeping private areas.
The attractive outsdie screened porch allows for lazy evenings doing jig saw puzzles. One may opt to cook in well equipped kitchen, or go out to several nearby restaurants without even getting in your car. Walk across path to beach--no parking problem. Walk one block to Bethany Beach town for shopping, dining or "night life". Ideal location in attractive , affordable digs.
