Just a half-block from Bethany Beach, this wonderful vacation home is a great find. It offers six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and lots of living space.
There is a separate sitting area on the bedroom level and a master bedroom on the main floor. Keep yourselves entertained by playing games on the deck, watching moves with the DVD players (there are two), and making three-course meals in the fully furnished kitchen. Six parking spaces are provided for any vehicles you bring along.

This home fit our families needs as far as location to the beach and activities. Negatives were: One too many twin rooms, would add another queen size bed. WiFi and Tv's were not connecting/had no bedroom tv @ all. Shower curtain liners were grossly soiled. Carpets & railings were badly soiled also. Our rental was @ the end of the season, so we endured. Notified rental agency about our concerns. Owner dropped off small portable TV which had no way of connecting w/cable. Poor customer service.

This is a very nice place. The layout was very suitable to our needs. The stay was very enjoyable like most rentals the beds firmer than most and cleaning crew could put in a little extra effort, over all we were very pleased.

Location is very good.
Dealings with the associates at Wigus were very positive. They were professional and curtious.
The home overall was in good shape.
We did experience a heavy ant problem in the kitchen. I opbtained traps from Wilgus that helped alleviate the problem.
Two leaky bathroom sinks and outside hose bib was brought to the attention of Wilgus at time of checkout.

I did find that the bedrooms (mainly carpeting) were not vacuumed as clean as previous years.

Great home. A few suggestions - a trash can near the front door - better skillets for cooking and possibly a grill for making pancakes - den was hot, maybe vent was covered.
