Comfortable family vacation home just over one block to the beach. Large front screened porch and spiral stairs give access to an upper sun deck with a view of the ocean. Home features an inverted (open concept) floor plan and half bath on the top floor. Updated kitchen, high speed wireless Internet, two flat screen TVs with DVD players, radio and CD player, large book collection, two outside showers including dressing areas with mirror, dressing table, bench, etc. (all bedrooms on 2nd floor - main floor is the 3rd floor). Two decks, screened porch. No Grill. Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Applicable taxes and fees may apply. Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Grilling on the ground floor is an inconvienence, but is neccessary for safety reasons (no grilling on decks and screened porches). We apologize for the "spiders", I am hoping that you reported this issue so that we could address it. It has been a crazy "hot" summer and because of that more insects have found their way in to the homes seeking refuge just like we do. The property that you mention was a beautiful new duplex (no longer available). The main difference I would say is location - this unit is way closer!
