The home is one back from the ocean. Before heading out for the day, have a yummy breakfast at the dining table. Turn on one of the TVs to see the weather forecast. This unit was very nice. It was modern and very clean. It truly has everything you need (beach chairs, toys, umbrella). We even left a nice bag of toys to contribute to the garage closet (actually, my husband left them there - he thought they were the unit's). :)
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our family/friends. Wilgus is great to work with as well. The code into the gate for the first day would have been helpful, but someone was kind enough to let us in. -

We enjoyed our stay very much! Ocean view from upper decks and short walk to beach. The house was awesome! Plenty of room for everyone! Everything was in excellent working order. There were beach chairs, a grill, etc.
This is a great place if you want to enjoy the beach and be away for the boardwalk crowd. -

This is our second stay at this property and we love the house and location. Very happy. The only thing worth mentioning is that we called shortly after check out to Wilgus to report we had left our bed pillows on the living room sofa and they said they would check and get back to us and no one called.

Loved the condo! had everything you need for a beach vacation, chairs, toys etc. Had such a nice time. Only downside was no pool but the ocean was very close and the beach was very clean. Will be back next year for sure.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your property. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. We love our accommodations and enjoyed a very relaxing week on the beach. We were able to take the kids to OCMD boardwalk one day and Rehoboth's boardwalk on another. Loved the location and the travel distance (wasn't crazy about the traffic coming down/going home -- but that wasn't your fault!!)
