We loved the house and it was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. We had good service for picking up and returning the keys. We loved the location! We loved the porch and most of all the outside shower for the grandkids to shower of before entering the house. Everything worked that we used!
We did call and ask if you would check in the dvd player upstairs to see if we left a movie. We did not receive a call back either way. -

Very nice accommodations, clean, and spacious for two families. Surprisingly, the cost was lower than other comparable house in the same area where we stayed previously over the years. It was a reasonable walk to the beach and close to the downtown area. This house had a great kitchen for making meals and feeding both families. Very nice wrap around deck and screened in porch for dining enjoying the outside without worrying about the bugs at night.
The only down side - ants. Visitors need to clean up after meals and not leave food out. -

This house fits our needs perfectly. This was the fourth time we'd stayed there. We've found our destination location in this house. It suits our family perfectly - family with twin teenagers, a grandma and an occassional extra adult. This house is perfect - close to both the "boardwalk/shopping area" and the beach. For the most part, the cars never leave the driveway. House is quiet and well outfitted.

This was my first time to Bethany, so I can't compare it to other properties, but..This property is all about location! Walk to the beach and shops. No fighting for street parking! Plenty of driveway for 4 cars. Everything is casual inside and out--nothing high end(furniture, surfaces, bathrooms,deck)--but thats a positive if you have kids...no worries about breaking expensive knick-knacks! From the street it looks a bit drab, but it's super functional and good price for its location...could use a bit better cleaning "in the corners", but everything was pretty well maintained. Our extended family had a great time.

On Thursday we decided to head down to Bethany for a long weekend. After doing a bit of research, we called Wilgus and were given helpful, fast and efficient service. When we arrived the next day, our house was clean, pretty and everything but the specified items were provided. Both check-in and check-out were simple and quick, and the welcome package was helpful, especially the map! We were only 2 blocks away from the beach, and had absolutely no problems during our stay. The mattress in the room that I stayed in was a bit more firm than I was used to, but otherwise, we had a great time!

House is perfect location - close walking to "downtown" & to the beach. You could truly park your car and never use it! House is great - plenty of room for two teens and 3 adults. Love the new bedroom layouts too. Can't wait to come back next year (for the 4th time!).

Bethany Beach has been our vacation destination for 9 years. We always enjoy the clean and relaxing atmosphere. Age isn't an issue, there is always an activity we can all enjoy! Also, we are creating memories for our children and grandchildren. What more can you ask?

27 S pa is close to the beach and boardwalk, very convenient, close to downtown too. Some furniture could be replaced and there is no bunkbed as pictured on the website.

We have stayed at this house before and always enjoy it. I would suggest that it is time to replace some of the furnishings, particularly the twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and the living room sofas.
The location is great - close to the beach and Garfield Ave, but far enough away to be quiet. We also really enjoy the wrap-around deck, both the screened in portion and the open air part - its wonderful to sit out front in the evening, after the beach, and people-watch. The kitchen is well-equipped and the large table allows a group of 8 to sit together for a meal. Altogether this is a great place to stay, and we plan to return. -

Since the twins were toddlers, we had always stayed in Fenwich Island. Loved the place but the beach was unguarded. After a riptide nightmare, we needed to stay somewhere with a guarded beach and that allowed the preteens to have a bit more freedom and excitement. This house is close to everything - downtown and the beach. It was great sitting on the screen porch and enjoying all the birds in the quiet backyard!! It's well maintained, clean, and very spacious. With 2 kids and 4 adults, we had plenty of room to spread out and still have our "own space". Can't wait until this August to return.

Very clean, modern. Loved the wrap around deck. House was close to town and only one block to the ocean. One bedroom has a bunk bed set up. I suggest if adults are going to be staying in that room air mattresses/additional padding be taken for the bunk bed set up.
