Just a block from downtown Bethany and two and a half blocks from the beach, this is a great home for your next vacation. It features a private heated pool, wrap-around decks, six bedrooms (three are master suites), and three and a half bathrooms.
Up to 16 travelers can stay here; there's a second living area in case you need it. If there are some particular movies you'd like to watch, feel free to bring them (two DVD players and a VCR are provided). If lying out in the sun is more your thing, you have two decks to choose from. Additional benefits of staying here include high-speed Internet, central air, and a gas grill.

Rented this location for third time and enjoyed our stay.
Few things to fix or clean if I can recommend
e.g. toaster works for 2 slices only and we were 11 people; some lighet burnts, pool sides need to be cleaned; carpets need to be cleaned.
Internet service very poor, had to use my Iphone to communicate with my office.
Have been going to ùbethany beach for 30 years, lovely place and Wilgus service outstanding and reliable, -

The kitchen and baths need to be updated, but the upgrades to some of the bedrooms and the floors were great! This was our third summer vacation at is location and we keep going back for three main reasons - the pool, the layout of the house, and proximity to town.

We have a large family and this home accommodated all of our needs. If you feel like getting away from other household members, there are various porch/outdoor areas. We all agreed the pool was the most awesome feature, as well as the outdoor shower. We have stayed at various rental properties in Ocmd and Rehoboth and we rated this one the best. Worried about traffic on Route 1 or crossing?...not an issue. Always easy to cross. The grandkids enjoyed watching the fire trucks, and the facility did not sound a loud annoying siren. We easily walked everywhere. Thank you for a well maintained and beautiful home. Our vacation was wonderful!

The house is fantastic & the owner is fantastic. He goes the extra mile for his tenants. The pool is wonderful, a favorite of the kiddos. The short walk to the beach is perfect. Bethany in itself is a very family friendly beach and so is this house. This was our 2nd stay and I'm sure we'll continue to add to that number.

After the hurricane finally left the Bethany area we were able to check-in on Monday instead of our planned Saturday but it was worth the wait! Loved the pool & the spacious house. Loved the short walk to the beach and to the shops. Lots of parking. We even got to meet the owner and he was very nice and insisted we let him know if we needed anything. Movie selection is incredible! We are already planning next year's vacation at 300 Hollywood!

This home made our first stay in Bethany Beach a memorable one. The house was well-equipped. My (adult)kids and grandkids were thrilled with all the amenities within a short walk - the park & playground, the beach, the shoppes and cafes. Of course - the crown jewel is the private, heated in-ground pool which was a lifesaver when the little ones got tired of the beach after half a day. The bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house from the main living areas - which meant people could sleep whenever they wanted without worrying about noise from others.The owner had wireless internet installed (although it only worked sporadically at the time - hopefully he'll check into this). There was an awesome collection of Dvds, and games for evenings or rainy days. We are definitely considering renting here again.

Traveling with children of all ages, we found the pool to be fantastic for afternoons after the beach. We don't know how we could vacation without it now! We loved the house, the decks, the screened in porch. Great experience!

We love staying at 300 Hollywood. The selling point for us is the private pool - we love it! Because the house is so close to town it works great for our grandaughters who love "dressing up" and going to town every night. The house itself is comfortable. It could use some

We had a fantastic time as Sept. can be very iffy - the pool was wonderful, the house was well laid out with the living portion away from the bedrooms - the kitchen had all the necessary equipment & appliances. The house was spotless when we arrived. We loved our stay & will be looking into this house again. Thank you!

We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had an awesome time. The house is huge with lots of bedrooms and a big deck for grilling out. The pool was such a huge plus since a few of the days it was so windy at the beach that the sand covered out towels in minutes. Nice and calm at the pool though! We all got a big kick out of the outdoor shower. By the second day, everyone was showering there instead of indoors. The downstairs fridge is also key so you don't have to go far from the pool to grab a cold one. I will definitely try to score this place again the next time we vacation in Bethany.

The location was excellent, the house was great, the pool was a life saver with our grandkids. There was some traffic noise, but nothing major. We loved the fact that it was a 2 block walk to the village and 3 block walk to the beach. The only minor complaints were that they could use a couple more Tv's for the the bedrooms. We've been vacationing in the Ocean City/Bethany Beach area for the last 25 years and I would rank this as one of if not the best vacation rentals we've had.

We loved our vacation stay at 300 Hollywood Street. The house was spacious and decorated very nicely. The pool was such a great amenity. We used it when we came back from the beach each afternoon. The location of the house was fantastic. The 2 1/2 block walk to the beach and the boardwalk was great.

This house was quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is in need of an update - the cabinet doors are falling apart a bit, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it! This house and the pool were an absolute blessing, making it possible for the entire family to enjoy the entire week! Thank you for making your vacation home available to us.

this was my second time staying at this property. Location is great, space and layout is great, and you cant beat your own private pool. Plenty of deck space. My only suggestion is wireless internet. It is kind of inconvenient to have to have your laptop hardwired to the modem. Especially since only two of six bedrooms have a TV. Would have been nice to use my Netflix on my laptop and also for work purposes. Over all great though. Thanks!

The home was perfect for the size of our family.

The group of us (12 total) on a girls weekend were completely amazed at the perfect location, cleanliness, tons of room, and upgraded appliances that this vacation home offered. The owner was quick to respond to requests (within 1/2 hour) and was very nice & professional. The pool was extremely clean, secluded for privacy, and big enough to accomidate our whole group. The many decks and awesome views were enjoyed by everyone. One block from downtown bethany & two blocks to the beach was perfect for us. I would definately rent this place again in the future as it was well worth the price.

This Bethany Beach home has a couple of great things going for it - the pool, and the location with easy access to town and to the beach. We did find the water in the pool to be much too cool in June, even though the rental description said it was heated. Our small children didn't want to spend much time in it! The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed. Nice spacious dining area for a family group. Would sure be nice to have a bathroom facility on the ground floor so pool users don't have to drip their way to the other floors for a restroom! We thought the sirens from the firehall across the street would be bothersome, but it was fine. Overall, it was a great choice for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Would rent again.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. The owner has added a 6th bedroom and a 1/2 bath on the ground floor, so running back and forth from the pool will now be very easy. Regarding the pool; the temperature is set at 78 degrees at all times. One thing to remember: it is set on a timer so that it is not running all night.
