Nicely decorated, spacious, and full of amenities accurately describe this three-bedroom oceanfront condominium. Up to a half-dozen travelers can sleep comfortably in this lovely abode.
If you like to entertain, you'll enjoy the fully furnished kitchen (it includes a microwave, blender, and dishwasher) and dining area. Three televisions, two DVD players, and two VCRs are provided for watching some classic Audrey Hepburn movies.
Bethany Beach offers a number of attractions for your vacation pleasure. For example, there's the Bethany Beach Nature Center, the boardwalk, and the farmers' market.

This was the second time we stayed in 304 Island House and both times we had a great time. The weather was coopertive, the beach beautiful and accommodations were very nice, The apartment was clean, much like the first time we stayed but there were some updates which made 304 more inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There was some essentials like dishwasher cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. that we replaced as we used them. All in all it was a very lovely week.

Our family loves the ocean-front apartments at Sea Colony. Hear and see the ocean and dolphins daily; swim in the pool when the ocean is too rough or you've had too much sand and sun. Unit 304 has comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. Only on the balcony can you hear people not in your apartment. Walk into town daily; only half a mile by beach or road. Farmers' markets twice weekly during summer. Excellent fried takeout seafood and ice cream in Bethany Beach.
