Enjoy easy traveling in this Sunday-Sunday rental. Community features 12 pools (2 heated), tennis courts, fitness center, walking paths, life guarded beaches and so much more. 2 parking spaces (One assigned, one unassigned). Additional recreation fee required. This community charges a $40 rec fee (per person fee ages 4 and older). Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. “Nice Bethany rental”
