We stayed at 309 B ashwood street, the location was perfect for us...far enough away to be out of the crowd but close enough to walk to the beach or to Bethany shops! Neighbors there were awesome to get along with. They also have a motorized replica of a trolly car that comes around about every half hour and only costs a quarter to ride! The beach directly out from the condo was great! I would recomend it to all...

The townhouse was nice and roomy and the beds comfortable. The only issue we had, and i regret not mentioning it when we check out was ants. They were frequently in the entranceway closet adn along the edge of the living room carpet. We sprayed twice during the week. None in the kitchen or any of the bedrooms.

The house was comfortable, clean, and roomy. I especially liked the ample dinning room table to enjoy our family meals all together. Minor problem we encountered, the house is in need of more efficient kitchen appliances such as blender, coffee maker, can opener and dishwasher.
As for the location, the walk to the beach was not too far; 3 1/2 blocks. It's worth buying a beach cart carrier, if one prefers not to take the car over but either way works fine. I invested in one, so it worked great. The community pool and tennis court is right around the corner, both enjoyable activities to do after a day at the beach. The town is also walking distance and so are some of the restaurants. This is our 2nd year at Bethany Beach, it is a great place to make great family vacation memories.Response from Wilgus Associates - 07/31/2011

Very unhappy with this condo ~ reported all of our concerns to annette Marine Rental Manager~ spent alot of our vacation time on the phone with maintenance crew.
