The beach is just steps away from this three-bedroom townhouse located in the Stewards Watch community. You'll love the breakfast nook, fully furnished kitchen, and central air conditioning, in addition to other features.
Travelers are free to use the common swimming pool, tennis, and boardwalk to the canal. In the evening, you can barbecue for your fellow travelers with the charcoal grill. My family has been staying here for over 10 years - every July. We love the house and the location. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is nicely landscaped. It's a 2 minute walk to a very nice pool and a 15 minute walk to the center of Bethany Beach. It's far enough off the main road so there is no traffic noise ,and there is very little traffic within the development.

Totally one of the best vacations ever. We ate,shopped,ate,walked,ate,swam,ate,played games,ate,relaxed. The house was the best. It was beautiful inside & out. Had everything we could possibly need for a great vacation. The location was perfect. Close enough to all the happenings, but far enough away from the crowds. We wished it didn't have to end. Hopefully we can return next year to our little piece of paradise.

The rental unit was very clean and appliances etc. were above average. We have stayed at Steward's Watch several times. The location is approx. one mile to the beach. The area is quiet with a pool, tennis and has quality convenience stores/restaurants within a short distance.

The location of the condo most appeals to us - within walking distance of town/beach and by our friends. Decor is outdated for sure, and there was a 'cat'or other type of animal smell of sorts in the living area - couch mostly. The biggest annoyance for me was that the screen door on the porch had no spring and was constantly slamming shut!! I did like it enough to rent again, however. Check in person at Wilgus was NOT informed about much - had to make a second trip to the office to get pool key.

Thank you for your feedback. The owners of this property do not bring animals to this home. I checked the property and did not notice any such odor, but the owner will address this issue when they come in to visit. As far as being "uninformed" we do have 2 new employees this year and with every community having so many passes and keys, it is easy to forget to give one. We apologize that you had to make a second trip to the office.
