When we first saw this two-level home with its three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, we were immediately attracted by the wonderful location and features that make it an ideal vacation spot:
- End unit with wooded lots on the side and back for privacy and quiet,
- Faces a pond with tadpoles and frogs for the young ones to explore,
- Fountain in the pond provides a pleasant sound and sight as you leave the house,
- Last unit in the courtyard so no traffic at this site.

Spent a winter "girls only" weekend in this lovely home with my sisters and mom...we felt like it is a home away from home, very comfortable and welcoming. would be a wonderful place for a family for any season.

We have been staying in this townhouse for years! It is always clean when we check-in. Owner is great to work with. There are lots of games in the house for all ages. The pool is a huge hit with the kids. It is nice to be able to get off the beach and still be by water. Close to many amenities. We go to the beach on ashwood most of the time. Last fall we went closer to the boardwalk. The Fenwick State Park beach is super nice. This is a place to come back to year after year.

Totally enjoyed Eagles Rest with plenty of quiet times doing puzzles, reading and fixing great meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The 5 min ride to the beach allowed us to shop, (plenty of parking in September)walk on a quiet beach and have a great meal at one of the local resturants. Since Eagles' Rest is a end unit, while you eat, you can observe lots of bird life at the boardering state park.

This was my famiy's first time renting a house via internet and was a little anxious about our experience being a good one. The house was wonderful and located in a quiet community. There was a nice water foundation located outside of the house so that was nice to see when we open the door. The owners were wonderful, friendly, patient and very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. They also provided great directions to the different places in the area. The house was filled with lots of board games and bikes, that all of my family members enjoyed. It was extra nice to be so close to the pool and my kids enjoyed it at least once a day during our stay. We had enough room for the kids to hang out by themselves while the adults stayed downstairs. For the past three years, we stayed in Ocean City, MD and this was our first time in Bethany Beach, DE. If we wanted to quickly hit the beach we were just about 5 minutes away (by car) and close to different places to eat. We weren't far from the supermarkets for us to stock the kitchen if we chose to stay in the area. Overall, we loved our stay here and hope to return next year.

The townhouse has 2 Master bedrooms which works great for us! The parents and kids can stay upstairs and the grandparents downstairs. The gas grill and the deck is ideal and the garage full of various toys is a nice addition. Also there are tons of games to play. It is 2 miles from the beach but having a pool available is a great option! We loved shopping and walking on the boardwalk, and the fact that Bethany Beach seems very family friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bethany! The home is in a wonderful neighborhood which we enjoyed walking around. There was nothing lacking - bikes, extra beach chairs - everything we could possibly need. This was our third year renting in Bethany and this was, by far, the absolute best rental we have stayed in - it truly felt like home.

This was my first time renting via the internet, and I was so pleased. Our adult family had a vacation together for the first time ever, and we had a wonderful time. The facilities were great and the landlords were so helpful...everything was marked and they answered questions before we ever got there. My adult children thought it was the best vacation they ever had.

This is a top notch house! It has all you need and more. My kids love that there is a pool in the neighborhood . The neighborhood is quiet and minutes from lots to do. We have been vacationing at this spot for a number of years now. You will enjoy every minute.
