Description from the owner
This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse is the ideal location for a family vacation by virtue of the convenient location on a no-traffic parking area. Named for the birds that can occasionally be found in the pond across from our townhouse, "Blue Heron Haven" faces out onto the pond and backs up to a state park.
The main level has a master bedroom with its own full bathroom. The upstairs also has a master bedroom plus the third bedroom with twin beds. In addition, the loft area upstairs provides a great place for relaxing with the TV. (And if you need more options, the downstairs has a TV area also.)

Refundable $200 security deposit required with initial payment of 1/2 the rent.
Absolutely no exceptions to 8 person maximum and one week stay. Unfortunately we are unable to rent to students or groups where all guests are under 24 years old.
