PANORAMIC APARTMENTS (4 PEOPLE EACH) IN THE GREEN HEART OF UMBRIA (BEVAGNA - PERUGIA) FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY

The apartments are 2 km from the city center of Bevagna, on splendid Umbrian hill, with a marvelous view of countryside, Subasio Mountain, Bevagna, Assisi and Spello. The CERQUETO 1st FLOR and the CERQUETO GROUND FLOOR are comfortable apartments for 4 people each in a typical, old, country stone house. The apartments are ideal to spend a relaxing period in the charming Umbrian country (inhabited houses are around 200-300 ms away), or to lower oneself in the relaxing life of Bevagna or as strategic base to visit the Umbrian... tourist towns: 15 minutes from Montefalco and Foligno, 25 from Assisi, Trevi and Spello, 40 from Perugia, Spoleto and Todi, 60 from Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno, 80 from Norcia and Cascia, 90 from Orvieto. 140 minutes from Rome and Florence.

Bevagna is a splendid medieval town, full of interesting and beautiful sights: Roman mosaics, the Roman theatre and temple, and many beautiful churches and monuments. Bevagna is rich in culture, traditions, events and good restaurants. It is known for the specialties of Umbrian cuisine (e.g. truffle-based dishes), its genuine olive oil, and its excellent wines, including Sagrantino DOCG.

The owner will be pleased to give you information about restaurants, typical products, shops, outlets, near public swimming pools, cultural sites, events, flea markets and feasts in progress in the Region during your stay, etc..

The CERQUETO apartments are in an old, typical and very nice stone country house (composed by two apartments) which has been completely restored recently. The house is connected to the principal road by a short private road. The house has an ironing room (vat, iron, ironing board, no washing machine), a typical old external oven, and a spacious open space and private parking.

The CERQUETO 1st FLOOR has 2 well-lit bedrooms with double bed, served by a big well-lit bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer), a kitchen furnished with dish washer, radio, TV, cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, fridge freezer, coffee maker, + a dining room with books of different languages, independent central heating, working fireplace and fans. There also are a panoramic balcony and a terrace equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture, deckchair and beach umbrella.

The apartment CERQUETO GROUND FLOOR has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, served by two big bathrooms (shower, bidet, hairdryer), a patio equipped with gazebo, barbecue and outdoor furniture, deckchair and beach umbrella with a marvelous view of the Subasio mountain, Bevagna, Assisi and Spello. Additional Location Information

The villa is located in the CLOSEST group of vacation homes to Disney. At only 2 miles to Disney property you can't get any closer. At the same time the villa has one of the largest properties and backs up on to a lake with a fountain.

The villa is within 1 mile of a large shopping plaza where numerous different types restaraunts are availble.

The community itself, Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens has nearly 200 vacation style pool homes ranging frm 4 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms.

  Maison remarquablement bien située, calme, avec une belle vue sur la campagne. On peut voir au loin Spello et assise.
  Très grand confort à l'intérieur, avec, en particulier, des lits d'excellente qualité, et un ameublement homogène style "années 50".
  Il y a 2 salles de bain pour 2 chambre: c'est un luxe qu'on voit rarement dans les locations de cette catégorie!
  S'il y avait une suggestion à faire, ce serait d'améliorer l'équipement de la cuisine, qui était insuffisant en quantité (très peu d'assiettes, de verres, de casseroles, pas de cocotte-minute, etc.). Cela permettrait de manger chez soi dans des conditions plus agréables.
  Enfin, il faut souligner l'accueil particulièrement aimable par le propriétaire et la relation de confiance qui s'est immédiatement instaurée entre nous.

  Tutto molto bello e adatto ad una vacanza di tutto relax.Molti posti da visitare in gran comodità. La cordialità del Sig. Primo e degli abitanti di Bevagna non l'ho mai trovata in nessun altro posto. Continuo a tornarci ogni qualvolta ne ho l'occasione. Consigliato a molte altre persone e amici.

  wonderful vacation in a perfect location

  The house is perfect. Its location is great: in the centre of Umbria, with easy access to some main roads. We got to all the important sites in Umbria easily and quickly. The house is easily accessible from the road and very close to the lovely town of Bevagna, but when you stay in the house, it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside. The view from the house is simply superb. When you sit in the terrace or simply look through the bedroom window, you can see Bevagna, Spello and even assisi, and of course the beautiful countryside. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed. Primo, the owner, is very cordial and helpful. He gave us helpful information about the area and about things to see and do. He prepared some pages with a lot of helpful tips and recommended restaurants in Bevagna, and there are a lot of touristic guides and maps around the house. Bevagna is a very nice little town, with some interesting churches and a pretty main square. In short, we really enjoyed our vacation in Primo's house, and actually looking forward to staying there again some time."

  We had a great holiday at this very pleasant and comfortable rural apartment with its green and glorious views along the valley to assisi and other hill cities and towns. The area had everything, from beautiful old buildings to great cafes and restaurants and a very good supermarket. The apartment was in the country but a close drive to Bevagna and Montefalco. Italy at its very best.

  Relax, Quiet & View

  The apartment is located in a quiet and panoramic area, just above the pleasant town of Bevagna, and is comfortable and well equipped. The Keeper, Primo Proietti, had been very helpful and kind, as well as unobtrusive. The place - on top of that - is pretty close to all the main Umbria's tourist attractions. We've had a really nice stay here.
