Additional notes from owner
The daily facility fee of $35 includes parking for one standard size vehicle in the building garage, use of heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, wireless internet, Netflix movies and unlimited local calls within the USA and Canada. There is a 15% tax for stays less than 31 nights. Premium parking or Parking for oversize vehicles (SUV'S, Trucks or Minivans) is available for $25 per night. Well behaved children over eight are considered on a request basis. A fully refundable security deposit ($1000 to $10,000 based on the number of guests and length of stay) is required. Weekly or Weekend Specials are based on 1-2 people sharing the Master Suite with second bedroom available as a den/office only. Special Advance Purchase Rates require full payment within 48 hours. For standard rates 50% deposit is due for stays more than 60 days in advance with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. For stays over 7 nights a weekly cleaning is required.

As I would be recuperating from surgery, my husband and I were looking for a "5-star hotel experience without the hassle of staying in a hotel". This condo's description lived up to its billing and we were very happy during the 13 days in which we stayed. The only caveat would be that Bedroom 2 with the Sleep Sofa/Futon is really only adequate for 1 person or small children, but would be better if it just stayed as an office.
We were personally checked in by the owner of the condo and given a very extensive tour of the apartment and how to operate things like the Tv's/Netflix/showers/lights/washer & dryer, etc. There was also a binder in the kitchen that outlined everything in a step-by-step manner as additional reference, which we found very useful.
Importantly, communication with the owner and agent were very professional. Both were extremely responsive and timely, which was always reassuring. The security deposit was returned (less groceries, laundry and parking to which we'd agreed) within a week of our return.
We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel, but still expects a high-quality experience. -

I have been to many rental properties and hotels over the years and this one stands out and above the rest for several reasons. It is really clean. The water pressure is excellent in the showers. The owners and manager are very easy to deal with and provided excellent service and great communication. The beds and linens were of top quality so I really was able to get the rest I needed. The Miele washing machine and dryer worked so well I want to get one for my own place. It was a ten minute walk into Westwood and there were four supermarkets to choose from as well as a local farmer's market on Thursday. The kitchen was well equipped so I was able to really cook a meal, not just heat things up. The unit faces trees and birds so I felt relaxed, even though I was in the middle of Wilshire Blvd. No traffic noise whatsover. The manager was very nice to stock the kitchen with my favorite brands and was able to upgrade my parking for my SUV in the building garage. I liked the filtered water in the kitchen and the Netflix option which allowed me to catch up on TV and movies that I'd missed - without commercials. This condo felt like I was staying in a friend's home. I would have liked the pool to have been open longer as the hours were fixed at 8:00am to 10:00pm. The pool and spa were really beautiful and clean and I enjoyed swimming every day. Totally great value compared to what I used to pay for a room at The Four Seasons. I plan to return next year.
