Josette greeted us when we pulled into the driveway. The house was very spacious, clean, great kitchen, lovely back yard with orange/lemon trees. This place had everything necessary for a great time in la. Very close to Whole Foods, shopping and nice area to take a walk. We would stay again! Enjoy.

The owners are there to help and full of useful information about the area and things to do.

Our extended family (my wife an I, our son and daughter-in-law and our 1.5 year old grandson) just spent 15 days in this house. Travelling from Sydney to our other son's wedding in California, this was the perfect place for us. The house and the gorgeous garden was very safe of our grandson (the entire house has wall-to-wall carpet, the garden is enclosed). Even though we had two cars, off-street parking was not a problem either.
The location was more than perfect. It took us 14 minutes to walk -- with a stroller -- to Rodeo Drive. There are three major supermarkets nearby (around 10 minutes walking); two major shopping centres, Century City and Beverly Center, are 5-10 minutes by car; lax is less than a half an hour away (on surface roads, when the freeways are clogged), etc.

We stayed in Josettes home again this year when we visited Los angeles.
We were greated with are you pleased to be home, it certainly is starting to feel like our second home whilst away from australia.
It did not disapoint we were thrilled to be back and once agian when we travel to Los angeles this would be our first choice of where to stay. Everything is extremely well kept and clean, easy check in and out, brilliant location.We do not hire a car we dont need to as everything we need is within walking distance and a great bus service to explore further afield. Thankyou Josette for making us feel we were home and we hope to see you again soon -

This is an amazing house, located in a very quiet , nice and peaceful neighborhood.
Very close to the best shops in Beverly Hills. So, if you are planning to go shopping to Rodeo Drive, this is the house!!
We stayed here, for our holidays and we enjoyed all that the house had to offer.
The house is so charming, very tastefully decorated, with 3 bedrooms and extremely comfortables beds, in which every individual could retain their intimate space.There're 2 ½ spacious bathrooms (all provided with towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, and bathrobes) There's a large living room, with a separate area inside, that has a nice sofa to watch TV (you don't want to go anywhere after you sit there... ).
You'll find anything you need at the kitchen, which continues with a laundry area, from where you can access to a large garden full of flowers and trees.It´s so pretty!!
The owner is such a warm and incredible person. She's very helpful and assisted
us on all the things we wanted to know about the city, neighborhoods, shoppings,
etc.
As soon as we get into the house, we realized that she left different kinds of fruits on the table (apples, bananas, oranges, etc) and even coffee... that was so kind !! especially as we were coming from the East coast, and were a little bit tired.
Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Post Office, Coffee Stores, Restaurants (among others) are without a walking distance from the house.
One thing that we'd like to remark is that the house had been minuciously cleaned before our arrival.
We just want to thankful for having the chance to enjoy our holidays in this house, we
felt like being home...and we definitely return here for our next vacations!! Regards, Sandra

This is walking distace to everything Beverly Hills. Our family of five, two kids 7 & 10 had a relaxing stay after driving from arizona.
This street is so rich and safe.
It was perfect for us.
We would go back again if we were staying in la.

We stay here for eight days during July 2011 for family vacations. The location is perfect for this type of vacations, very close to wonderful restaurants and fine stores, and not far to Disneyland and other places for family vacations. The property is very clean, well maintained and owners (that live across the street) were always trying to help us. No doubt, we highly recommend this property. This is the place to stay!!

We stayed in Josettes lovely home for 7 nights. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for accommodation, far superior to a hotel. Now we have found this little piece of heaven we would never look anywhere else !!! Every review is spot on, everything was perfect. I travelled from australia with 2 teenagers and we would love to return and have the pleasure of Josettes hospitality again, thankyou

We stayed in Josette and amos' wonderful house for 5 nights and we cannot rave enough about our stay: the house is beautiful, impeccably clean, large, comfortable and includes all the amenities one would want or need. No detail was left out: fresh flowers in every room, a beautiful basket of fruit in the kitchen, fluffy bathrobes in every bathroom. The neighborhood is one of the most desirable address in Los angeles and the house is walking distance to Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica Boulevard etc. The internet was down a few short hours and immediately Josette had an engineer fix the problem (and it was on a weekend). The couple's hospitality was second to none and we left the house with new friends for life. Thank you Josette and amos: we will be back!

Excellent location in just-North Beverly Hills, walking distance to the commercial district and City Hall, which has a great children's wing to its library and an awesome ham and cheese croissant in the cafe around the corner.
The garden is petite but exquisite. The citrus fruit was ripe for picking and the tangerines were to die for!
Best of all, the place had the touches of good care--soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, milk for the kids, brand new towels, crisp sheets, and two guest bathrobes.

My family and I cannot rave enough about our stay in this lovely home. A perfect location, walking distance to the market,and restaurants, shops,and pharmacy. The famous Rodeo Drive awaited us at a five minute walk. For the children first the garden was awsome, we picked our own avocados,tangerines,and lemons, every morning.Surprisingly enough croissants awaited us on a couple of occasions for coffee (compliments of the owners). Near museums Hollywood Boulevard, and the famous Sunset Strip and Melrose Place. The house was of tip top cleanliness with super crisp linens. Coming out of warm showers awaited us the most super soft white bath robes. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special,and your kindest welcome, warmth, and hospitality.

Enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Josette's property. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for others (3 bdrms), a dinner party, outdoor relaxing in a beautiful backyard or just vegging. Backyard has lemon trees, avocado trees, tangarines (?) all with hundreds of fruit. Nice walk to rodeo; short drive to Farmer's Market/Grove. And the wonderful Josette as your host. She is one gracious, welcoming person. So beats a hotel!
