This luxury two bedroom villa is very spacious with 3750 sq. ft. of living space. Both bedrooms are master suite size, with a king size bed in one master suite, and two full beds in the other suite to comfortably sleep 6 people. There are breathtaking views from just about every room of the villa with floor to ceiling windows.
Located in the prestigious Trousdale Estates neighborhood, our guests are only a quick 5-7 min drive down to the Sunset Blvd. strip with access to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, nightlife entertainment, and tourist attractions. First - be aware that this is a guesthouse. It is in the description, but we didn't realize that until we got there. The good thing is that it is totally private and secluded from the main house. The owner was staying in his main house while we were there and we didn't see him once in our 4 night stay. So...though it is a guesthouse, it was ok with us.
The home is pretty big for a guesthouse. Our family was very comfortable in it. The laundry room is outdoor and it raining two of the nights that we were there, so that was a little inconvenient, but overall, this home is a great value for the price. We couldn't find anything this price with this size/location in Beverly Hills.
Our kids loved the pool table and the size of the home. They played hide and go seek the whole trip! Kept them out of our hair to relax a bit!
We were greeted by a very nice individual named Luis. He helped set up a tour of the Nickelodeon Studios which our kids loved. The overall service was pretty good. We felt well taken care of. Just wished it hadn't rained!
