With its local artwork and proximity to the Grand Plage, Showroom gives guests the full Biarritz experience. A tree-lined beach walk is literally steps away, and the lofty living room windows frame stunning ocean views.

Constructed over 100 years ago, Showroom was originally part of a high-end hotel. In fact, its palatial living room—which spans an impressive 100 square meters—used to be the hotel’s dining room. Today, this extraordinary holiday home still retains hints of its storied past. While Showroom is outfitted in mostly modern pieces—including... original artwork from Biarritz’s most famous artist—details like the scrolled ceilings and Basque facade give it a touch of historic charm.

All 3 bedrooms boast queen-size beds and spacious closets. The master bedroom has its own in-suite toilet, as well as a flat screen TV. The two guest bedrooms are in a quiet part of the apartment; both adjoin an entertaining area with a TV and video game console. Both guest rooms look out onto a narrow alley that runs along the side of the apartment. There is another toilet in the hall, and two full bathrooms with Italian showers.

We also have an on-call property manager who will make sure your stay exceeds every expectation.

Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel accents, a breakfast bar, automatic shutters for the living room windows, and a small balcony that overlooks the Grand Plage and the Hotel du Palais.

Biarritz Grande plage is the most desirable part of town. Famous for the surf culture, lively boardwalk and great concentration of restaurants and cafes. It’s the perfect location to be if you wish to have all the touristic sights & activities at your fingertips and still feel like a local in Biarritz.

Take a walk along the beach, lovely fishermen harbor, virgin rock and CĂ´te des Basques beach to appreciate the dramatic scenery the Basque Coast has to offer!
You will find a great variety of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, as well as the daily fresh market.
The Miramar Spa and Pool are located just outside your door!
Biarritz Grande Plage is the perfect beach location and really spares you the driving for a relaxing getaway.
Saint Jean de luz and Bayonne are both within 10 minutes drive.

  The place had everything we needed for our two week stay, even coffee! Its huge! It was my husband and I and our 8month old. The two rooms are in the back away from the main area wich is nice so when we put our son to bed we didnt feel like we had to tip toe around. Greg is great! He greeted us at the apartment with a local cake it was very nice. He is extremely nice and helpful. He answered all my annoying questions right away and wasnt hard to get ahold of while we were there. Also would recommend the market tour Greg did from biarritz by locals. We returned to the market everyday to get fresh fish, veggies and local yummies for the day. We plan on returning and renting from Greg again.

  A great location in a beautiful town

  We had a great week in Biarritz (our first visit) staying at this gorgeous apartment. Greg, the letting agent, was extremely helpful and gave us lots of helpful tips on restaurants, surfing tuition, places to visit etc. The apartment is well-equipped and brilliantly located, not to mention stylishly decorated. We are a family of 5, and it's so useful to have more than one (also very chic!) bathroom. I do think the price is too high for the apartment, but can't deny that it was a great place to stay!
