The picturesque scenery that surrounds this property adds to the charm that makes it one of the most exquisite Tuscan farmhouses for rent. Villa Podere is a rustic style Italian country house perched on a hill in the commune of Bibbona, at a point where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding lush landscape. This Tuscan farmhouse can accommodate a total number of 20 guests and can be divided into 2 separate, comfortably furnished apartments, Apartment Podere - Hillside and Apartment Podere- Valley-side which can sleep a maximum of 10 persons each. There are a total of 9 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom;... two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the farmhouse's apartments and it is possible to add 2 additional beds in one of the ground floor bedrooms. Several amenities are available in the apartments for guests such as air-conditioning, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a DVD player. There are two parking areas on the property for the use of guests, while the swimming pool and the well-kept garden enclosing the farmhouse are furnished with sun-beds and deck chairs that create the perfect setting for relaxing and absorbing the soothing atmosphere that surrounds Podere Ginepraia. There is a wonderful barbecue area and a spacious Tuscan style table where you can delight in preparing delicious meals for casual outdoor dining. Apartment Podere- Hillside This lovely two-storeyed apartment rental located in Villa Podere has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The ground floor of the apartment contains a living room with fireplace, a sitting area with satellite television, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a private bathroom and another bathroom. The first floor houses four bedrooms with adjoined bathrooms containing showers. Apartment Podere - Valley-side The delightful valley-side apartment situated in Villa Podere is built on 2 floors and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a capacity to accommodate a total of 8 to 10 guests. This holiday rental's first floor comprises of a living room with fireplace, a sitting area with satellite television, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bedroom with a private bathroom. The first floor contains 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms with adjoined bathrooms and a master-suite with a studio and a bathroom.
