The villa has
3 bedrooms, 3bathroms
1 big living room (cca.75m2) and
kitchen equipped with classic oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker , ice cubes machine
2 terraces,
newly furnished, villa finished in 2010,
4 air conditions (each bedroom + living room).
All rooms have TV+SAT and king size bed.
The couch in the living room is expandable so that 2 people can sleep on it.

House is just 200 m away from the beach and cca.1 km from the Center of the village where You can find lots of local shops, restaurants and bars.
The bus station is 5 mins from the house with its regular service to Zadar (5 km) .
On the other side of Bibinje is famous Marina Dalmacija from which sails and motor boats starts their adventure towards Kornati- the most beautiful islands of the Adriatic coast.
Trip with owners private motoryacht and skipper to Kornati; 450.-Euros (4-6 people).
Airport pickup (Zadar airport) possible:
30.- Euros per car (4 people).
4 National parks easy reachable by car or ferry:
1.) Kornati -> daytrip by boat --> departs from Bibinje and Zadar(between 06-09 month)
2.) Plitvice -> wonderful forrest & waterfalls in the north --> 1 1/2 hours away by car
3.) Krka waterfalls -> waterfalls & boat trips, near Sibenik --> 1 hour away by car
