The listing says that the cabin has 2 bathrooms. However, it only has 1 1/2 bathrooms, which means that everyone had to take their shower in the same bathroom... Unacceptable!
Also, the house can only accommodate 6 people, not more as was indicated.
The sheets were very dirty and not washed. Hair was on the sheets of all three beds. The house was generally dirty with Q tips found behind furniture in addition to all the dust.
Don't get this house even if they give it to you for free. Read more
The cabin is listed as having 1 1/2 bathrooms. As far as cleaning, once you reported that the cabin was not cleaned to your liking we sent housekeeping out to the cabin right away so you could enjoy the rest of your time in Big Bear. We do our absolute best to accommodate our guests as quickly and efficiently as possible! Have a lovely day!

came up for the weekend with like 9 of us it was a chill time. being teenagers we were kinda looking for a secluded cabin. theres a lot of cabins in the neighborhood but this is a good distance from its neighbors. its a little bit of a drive from big bear blvd and the street gets snowed in real easily.the cabin itself is pretty nice. its basicly just a house but i really liked it. the bedrooms are good size. the balconys really cool and the kitchen is huge. if its snowing be careful with the driveway. we didnt even realize it was driveway cause its gets covered in snow real easily. if your coming in the winter definately reccomend bring a truck and chains. No sedan will make it. anyways i had a great stay the reservation process wasnt bad and the cabin itself is pretty big.good stay big bear cool cabins

We spent a wonderful weekend in the cozy cabin watching the snow following all day long from the living room in the upper deck. The tree top view from the deck was wonderful.
The cabin has everything you need to cook a great meal then relax in front of a warm fire watching TV shows or playing games.
The snowplowed roads made access to the cabin easy with no traffic to be able to sled in the snow. Plan on returning in the summer to bike and hike.

It's really something else to be able to bring your family up here and rent a little spot for the Christmas weekend. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The place wasn't and actual "cabin" but it was a great warm little house in the woods and suited us just fine. The amenities and appliances, although dated, worked fine and everything was there. We didn't even go out to eat. We had an awesome little pasoli soup one night and cooked a giant ham the next. It was probably the least costly time I've had in two to three days in Big Bear ever. Our family will start looking for this type of property in about a year in Big Bear. We loved it, thank you so much. -The Duffys
PS - Do something about the trash situation. If people are going there for the weekend, the may not have room in there car for trash? :)
