Beautifully secluded three level upper Moonridge cabin. There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft and two bathrooms. The living room is nicely furnished with leather furniture and has a gas fireplace, DVD player, internet, pool table, foosball table, wireless internet, 3 TVs and DVD players, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Fantastic back deck with wonderful Moonridge treed views, patio furnishings and a charcoal BBQ.

      Amazing!

      This place is great! Service was great, location was perfect, close to the slopes and the market. Cabin was at the top of the hill. Huge backyard with a big hill for sledding, and it comes with the sleds! Two balcony's, and lots of privacy!! Only downside was the pool table being unbalanced, but overall great get away. I'll definitely be booking this "Cool Cabin" next year!

      My buddies and I do a guy trip once a year, we have been staying with cool cabins for the last 3 years, this cabin was great had everything we needed and will possibly think about renting this one again. The only thing could've been better was the pool table was off centered other than that I would rate this cabin 4 star.

      Beautifully appointed cabin. We had (3) couples and found Vista Ridge to be more than spacious. The pool table was an added plus. Lots of hot water and dishes. We fixed the Weber BBQ grill. Note: Amenities listed hair dryer which we were unable to locate. Would definitely rent again. Steps would be a challenge for someone unable to navigate stairs.

      This cabin was amazing! The check in was super easy.. the place was amazin very clean pool table, foosball table, great rooms and very comfy, kitchen had everything you needed to cook make cofee ect I mean utensil and pots and pans not the food you take your own food. but there is an option for extra money they stock you up. location I have to admit was a little confusing but nothing to horrible once you get to it once it is ease to get to. It only about 10mints aways from stores and main road so I think very convenient. the backyard was excellent we didnt even have to go anywhere, we were able to slide down on the snow in the backyard.
      We loved it I went with the family and we all had a great time, I think it was a little pricy but we all pitched in. Great experience overall customer was awesome over the phone. I am definetely thinking about doing this next year.

      the house itself was nice and appointed as advertised. Two problems we had were infestation of ants and the free wifi did not work. Both problems were reported to Big Bear Cool Cabins upon arrival but niether problem was resolved.

      Nice cabin up on the ridge

      Cool Cabins did a nice job of representing this cabin. It is a good cabin, clean and well maintained. It is a ways up the hill so it takes a few minutes to get back down to the main road but it is nice to be away from busyness. The only downside was the wi-fi didn't work while we were there.

      My overall experience was very pleasant . I love that it had three stories and a big patio , along with much terrine to go sledding in the backyard . The sleds and fire wood were all included . The kitchen was big and all rooms cleaned and tiddy . It was great for the many friends that we brought. The decoration made it feel like home and the bathrooms where also neat. I didnt like the location of the house , being a bit far fromt he main street . Also the parking was a problem too , since we brought three cars. Overall i will like to recommend this location to a group of Friends or a big Family .

      We loved the house and the location. Our grandkids built a snow man and rode their sleds down the hill all day; we couldm't have found a better place for our family. The house is well appointed and well equipped. Perfect! The Johnsons: Papa, Grammie, Dad, Mom, 9, 5 and 2 year olds.

      Cool Cabin, Things Missing

      Positives: Easy and late check-in, nice cabin locations, close to the slopes, back yard sledding

      Negatives: Arrived to find trash was left over from previous tenants, bridge for pool table was broken, dog hair all over the pool table, Foosball ball missing, cable remote control missing, and when the office was asked about these issues nothing was done to correct any of it! The conditions of the cabin left me with a less then satisfactory feeling about Big Bear Cool Cabins.
