Built in 2007 this home was professionally expanded and upgraded in the late summer of 2012. Sugar Loaf is a small community in Big Bear nestled just under Sugar Loaf Mountain to the South, Moonridge to the West and Big Bear Lake to the North West.
Our cabins are both steps to the national forests and a short hike to "Moon Loaf", the Eastern edge of Moonridge. There is a local market, parks and lots of trails for hiking, biking, snowshoeing and even cross country skiing from the cabin (given there is enough snow). There is a shuttle bus available from multiple areas in Sugar Loaf to the slopes as well as most points in Big Bear.

It was our pleasure to stay in Kelly's lovely home in Sugarloaf and we thank her for that opportunity. This home is very well maintained with all the modern conveniences of a luxury home. The boys stayed upstairs and had their own little "nook" to hang out in while my husband and I enjoyed the downstairs. The location is a couple of miles outside of Big Bear, but it was very quiet. The communication with the owner and her agent was fantastic and I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights in February with my fiancé and his family. Everyone likes the cabin, and wants to go back to stay here in summer. Thanks Kelly for letting us using your place, and show us the sledding place. We had a lot of fun here.

It was our first trip to Big Bear and we had a wonderful experience. The lake and mountains are beautiful and the cabin exceeded our expectations. It is in perfect conditions, everything is new and clean. The location is secluded but a very short drive to the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful time Kelly!

I stayed with my wife and 2 babies in this Thanks Giving Holiday. Very spacious even two bedrooms home. it will be good for two family as well.
Also, this area was near SnowPlay and other activities such as Discovery Center or Zoo. (About 15 mins distance)
I definitly recommend you if you are looking for decent price range at nice cabin.
I am planning to come back for this Christmas season with my family for fun again~~
