Come and enjoy the forest views - newly remodeled spacious three bedroom, two bath cabin features a formal dining room, family room, two fireplaces, cable TVs, DVD players, and large kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Deck with barbecue.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, wood stove fireplace, cable TV and DVD player.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and bathroom.
Bedroom three has a queen bed.
Walk to Oktoberfest. Just a short walk to the Lake and National Forest. Sleeps 8. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Overall we loved staying in this house. All together we had three couples,and each of us had our own bedroom. The main upstairs bedroom is huge, a slight drawback is you have to walk through this bedroom to get to the second bedroom on this level. The kitchen is well outfitted, clean, and the frig was already on and cooled by our check in time. A new sponge, and clean towels were nicely arranged on the sink.(a nice touch)There was plenty of space to dine, as there were tables in the kitchen, dining room, and sun room. The tv room is huge, with two large comfortable couches/sectionals.The closets had plenty of extra blankets.
We weren't able to sleep on the bed in the master bedroom because the bed frame was broken, with the mattress sloping toward the ground in one corner. Mgmt came out quickly, but could not fix the problem, said they had to contact the owner. Luckily there was another mattress already set up in this bedroom, so we used that instead.
The backyard was not usable beyond 10 feet of the back door. There were two bbq's you could reach. Beyond that area you could see a bench that would have been nice to use, but the overgrowth and debris prevented that. If you are bringing kids, just be aware they can only play in the front area.
This location was great for Oktoberfest, we only had to walk a few blocks. Overall, this house was well worth the money. It is very spacious and clean, and has a homey feel. The check in/check out was very easy using the lock box. We enjoyed our stay in Big Bear! -

The outside of house and surroundign area were run down and looked low rent for the most part, I was pleasantly surprised that the inside had alot of remodel, nice floors and everythign was clean and welcoming. The screens were missing from most of the windows which casued fear of break in, but it was quiet and relaxing at least for the one night! All in all the cost did not meet the product. We rent cabins at least 2x a year , Im not sure we will use your rental service again. Oh and the instructions were that key was in lock box but when got there it was not and had to drive into office , was very upsettting and inconvienient as no one had contacted us of change.
