We loved this great cabin. The best part was that they let us bring our dogs. Good location. Great yard not totally fenced tho. We will be staying again.

      Just lovely!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The service was great! We did have a plumbing problem, but it was taken care of quickly. It was very comfortable, and we appreciated the 1.5 baths as there were six in our family. Also, there was plenty of room in the yard for our puppy. We'll definitely come back.

very relaxing - had everything we needed

Left on 07/30/2012 for a stay in July 2012

We enjoyed the cabin very much. Even though close to everything, we felt away from it all as our view was only of mountains and trees and a few other cabins (who were all pretty quiet). Cute and cozy furnishings. Cool Cabins was prompt with sending a man out when we had trouble with the DVD. Since it was summer, the 1st few days were hot & the upstairs bedroom was a bit hot, but we just slept w/ window open and only a sheet. But the downstairs was wonderfully cool and the large ceiling fan in the main upstairs room really helped. Very happy with the service and everything that was provided for the cabin.

      Amazing

I loved the cabin very much! i had a great weekend staying there. everything was perfect, the scenery, and where the cabin was located. My least favorite thing was in the master bedroom downstairs it was very very cold. The heater would not get it cold enough. Besides that, I had a very amazing experience. I hope to return next year.

      Loved Big Bear Lake area

Left on 08/17/2011 for a stay in July 2011

We really enjoyed our stay in Big Bear Lake. The cabin was comfortable but not as clean as we would have like it. It was warm during the day and there was only one fan (living room) in the house.Cool Cabins supplied us with a fan for the upstairs beroom. The grill was dirty and needed cleaning and we re-washed all the dishes. The cabinis really nice with three bedrooms but it needs some updating, a good cleaning and some new pots and pans for cooking. However we will be back and will rent from Cool Cabins again

Harrison's Hangar is great for 4-5 people!

Left on 07/07/2011 for a stay in June 2011

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location in Big Bear city was nice - very convenient to restaurants, the lake, hiking trails, and the village. The home itself was clean and furnished appropriately. We really enjoyed spending time on the upper deck.

      Excellent

Left on 03/10/2011 for a stay in February 2011

Hello, our stay was great! We loved the cabin and the location. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is that they take a look at the deck that surrounds the cabin, we noticed that several of the railings had fallen off and this left a large gap that a small child or dog could fall through. Since we were traveling with our dogs this made us nervous as the deck was icy from all the snow and the fall was about 15 to 20ft. Other than that the house was wonderful and very cozy, we had a great time and will return very soon!

      Expected Better

Left on 01/15/2011 for a stay in January 2011

The extremely cold bedrooms downstairs made our overnight stay uncomfortable. We did report this issue to the main office. The cleanliness of the cabin was not what we expected.

      Happy New Year eve!

Left on 01/08/2011 for a stay in January 2011

The cabin is very cold (no carpet at all just laminated floors), and the heater does not work at the lower rooms unless you keep the shared restroom open.
The kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning.
We called or second day stay cool cabins (a saturday), because the shower head was broken at one of the restroom and there was no way to use it, and the person showed until monday after we did the phone check out.
On the other hand, the cabin has a side filed that works splendind as a slider, the children were deligthted

      cozy

Left on 12/16/2010 for a stay in November 2010

It was a very cute and cozy place. It was at a great part of town with an easy drive to all attractions. The only thing about the house is it has a steep stairway near the hall. So if you have small kids you might need to put the extra foldout table(located in the upstairs bedroom closet) as a baby gate. I would absolutely stay here again.
