Great size and location. Huge wooded back yard that has a play structure for the kids and is great for sledding. Gourmet kitchen and luxurious baths with heated floors. The fireplace can be enjoyed inside or outside on the deck by the hot tub.
It has 2 washers and dryers in a utility room that is large enough to strip off wet cloths.
lots of parking and pet friendly.
It is about 10 min drive from the slopes and town, but I think the space was worth the minimal inconvenience.
I would buy it if it were for sale. -

the home and location were stunning! lots of space, well laid out and such a pleasure be stayin there.
customer service was an issue and linens were an issue.
- there was a beeping noise and it took hours to get it tended too
- when the handyman came to fix it (it was a smoke detector) he didn't have a ladder.
- the blanketed and linens were not nice compared to the luxury house. we had to keep the heat on all night to stay warm.
- TV and Shower amenities had no instructions. very frustrating and time consuming to try and figure out. the handyman helped us with the TV but we found out too late that the steam system was complicated had to do without.
- the toilet paper supply was not enough
- and for a rental
so expensive, it was a drag to have to take our bags of trash with us to the dump.

We rented this house for three days, and we are a group of grandparents, children and grandchildren who loved its location and layout. It is perfect for adults with children because there are only 2 floors and lots of space for people to relax in quiet and rooms large enough to do things together. Upstairs living room is large and perfect setup for WII games. The air hockey table was used the entire time we were there, and there are a few board games in the cupboard. Kitchen is loaded with dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans to make large meals and a huge island to seat all the kids. Bedrooms are huge and bedding is comfy.Bathrooms are spacious. This house is on a large piece of land which backs up to the forest and has the most amazing children's swingset/playset right out the back door. Porches in front and in back gave us lots of room to sit outside and the back porch has a fireplace. We received excellant service from this rental agency however I have a couple minor complaints. This house boasts a basketball court, however the backboard has no hoop so it is just an asphalt square. Bring your own cleaning products as there was no dishwashing soap, no window cleaner or degreaser of any kind.Couldn't find a pot holder of any kind. The house was on the surface clean but cobwebs and carpets needed attention.Tv in one bedroom was not cable ready so would only run Dvds. Make sure there is linen for all beds when you check in. We didn't figure out there were no linens for two beds until we went to use them late at night and no one answered my calls at the emergency number. They were brought to us quickly after I called the office during business hours. This house is wonderful and the company took care of us after they were called. You will be happy to spend your time and money on this beautiful home high on the mountain and we look forward to renting it again.

The house was wonderful with lots of room for everyone. It has obviously been loved by many and is in need of some electrical repairs and new cookware. You can live with the shortcomings because the house and outside deck are so enjoyable. But, it would be wonderful with a little new paint, outside speakers that work, inside lights that work and don't flicker and new pots and pans with fitting lids and tight handles. More than one kitchen towel and a couple of dishcloths would be fantastic! Would I stay there again - you bet! I might bring a few extra things but all-in-all, house was pretty clean, bedding was clean and the nights out on the deck talking and sipping wine were superb!
