A Beary Nice Lakefront is a four bedroom, three bathroom lakefront property with a family room with ping pong table, two fireplaces, cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Deck with gas barbecue. Just steps to the water!
Master suite has a king bed, cable TV, and private bath.
Bedroom two has two twin beds.
Bedroom three has a double bed and bunk beds.
Bedroom four has a double bed and bunk beds.

1) I walked into the cabin with dirty towels and used bedding. We called the management company and the housekeeper didn't show up till four hours later. Additionally, they only gave us two clean towels and never came back to bring the rest.
2) We had the heater on high and the bottom floor was still cold. I slept in 60 degrees in the bedroom downstairs.
3) The vent for the fireplace downstairs was closed, therefore we only could use the fireplace upstairs.
4) The DVD player upstairs was crapped out, meaning you have the watch an entire movie in red and the sound was low. Must of been the cables.
5) wifi didn't work. Couldn't reset the router because it was locked up in a closet.
6) Your required to drive the trash to a dumpster that is 10 minutes away. Seriously, three bags of trash needs to be hauled away by management. -

The cabin has a nice view and plenty of room but the grounds and inside of the cabin are not very well maintained. Ping-Pong table had plenty of paddles, but not one with a grip surface, just wood. Kitchen was poorly stocked, mismatch glasses, no wine glasses, old pans, etc., dirty dishes in cupboards. The cabin was not clean inside or out. Bbq had no propane in tank and was "filthy" picture attached. Maintenance did bring a refill the next day .. picture taken "after" tank was replaced. If the owners would spend a few $$$ this place could be really nice: glass wear $50? ping-pong paddles $30? decent pots/pans 100? Games for kids $100? If this were the last front cabin I might consider staying again but there are better values out there.

My family & I had a nice relaxing weekend. The home was nice and had enough room for everyone. We loved the ping pong table and that it is a two story. However, there were spider webs & spiders, the smoke alarm kept going off when we used the toaster, and there was no where near enough hot water for everyone to take a shower.

Cabin was nice and it has a dock but the backyard area to get to the dock is dirt and steep not good for older people a fall risk.
The cabin tables and counter tops were dirty with lots of dust and dirt

Cabin was great, people at the check-in were super friendly. The place was clean and comfortable, lots of room for 4 couples + a child. Ping pong table downstairs was great as well.
Only complaint I have is that we had to drive our trash to a trash bin that was over a mile away. We paid close to $700 for a one night stay, I think a trash pick-up service should be available.
