Located in the Bear Meadows complex, this two bedroom townhouse offers a cozy fireplace, clean and nicely decorated rooms, two and a half baths, lower/upper decks and a covered garage. Great location and privicy.
A little bit disorganized garage.
The water was enormously hot and only lasted for two people taking a shower in a row. -

I had a good stay.
The cabin was clean. There was plenty of hot water, the refrigerator was cold and the heater was warm. The livingroom area is large and it is nice that the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. I was very satisfied. -

It was good stay, nice and cozy. Only problem was it didn't have the pool table like the pictures showed, that's really the only reason we rented the place

We really enjoyed are stay here!The townhouse was located right next to the golf course. A five minute drive to the lake. The only problem was guest parking

Downstairs bathroom off from queen bedroom the toilet does not flush properly it kept getting clogged. Also the water in the sink was scalding hot could not get it to a medium tempeature. Also the over all water temperate to take family showers did not stay hot enoigh for everone to shower and then took a long time to reheat. The structure of the townhome was great water very frustrating...

The cabin was very comfortable and the proximity to the slopes was fantastic!.
However, the oven did not work and although we reported it as soon as we checked in, the over did not get fixed the 4 nights we were there. With the oven inoperable it made it difficult to prepare food for the family. (very hungry family after a day on the slopes). We did a small credit back on my credit card but it did not cover the expense of going out to eat and the food we had taken up for dinners that had to be thrown out before we left.Response from Big Bear Cool Cabins - 03/18/2011

Out of 7 days we were there we have heater problems, we havent hot water one night so we couldnt get a bath, and it were dirty problems like the sofa was dirty and wasnt ready for using it, and the kitchen was dirty, the plates the glasses and all the stuff. the clean service came 2 days after we arrive. This should be ready before the occupation of the cabins.
