Cozy condo near Snow Summit Ski Resort and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Three bedroom, 1.75 bath condo with wood burning fireplace, cable TVs, DVD player, XBOX game console, movie library, washer/dryer, plus full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, 4 decks, and a charcoal barbecue and more.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony.
Bedroom two has a queen bed.
Loft has three twin beds, cable TV and DVD player.

We have been renting in Big Bear for 20 years and this is the first time I have ever complained. The only good thing about this rental is the location. It's very close to Snow Summit. If you decide to rent it, bring a cooler because the refrigerator doesn't work. We called the rental company, and they sent someone to the condo. He told us that the refrigerator wasn't used to having a lot of food in it, so just put the important stuff in first until it got cold then add more. I did this, but it never got cold enough and all of the food in the bottom drawer was hot from the motor under the fridge. Also, there were no parking spaces. Skiers filled every spot. After 4:00 spaces became available, but we couldn't move our car during the day for fear of losing our spot. The beds in the loft squeak so badly that you're better off putting the mattresses on the floor. There were many other issues, but these were the most annoying.

I had a great experience with this cabin. Had family over from overseas and they all loved it. Clean cabin, hot water and reliable heater. Quiet and secure parking for two vehicles. Very close to Snow Summit at walking distance makes it convenient to ski or snowboard without taking the car out. I recommend.

I had an awesome time at Serenity Summit Condo. The cabin is located like 10 steps from Snow Summit, so we can easily walk to the slopes to ski. Everything inside the cabin is as advertised. Fireplace works great, fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets if you have more people, etc. They even have some movies available as Dvds, which was a nice touch. The only thing is the temperature control was a little tricky to deal with, but we got it to work. And it was so cheap!! I would definitely come back.

My friends and I went to Big Bear for the annual Oktoberfest celebration and had a great time. The cabin was clean, convenient located near the Village and Convention Center, and accommodated all our needs. The cabin was roomy and all the quarters were clean.

Large cabin, great location. Plenty of space. Aside from there not being enough paper towels, the fridge taking forever to cool (which we were warned about), the dust and musty smell upon entering (which was expected) and not enough soap for the dishwasher. The cabin was great! Will definitely book again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cheap way to experience the beauty of Big Bear! See you next year!

We had a great time in a well located roomy condo, well decorated, well equiped,we had all we need, the kids had a grat time at night playing with the Xbox, it was good after a long busy day. Just a few steps from the Snow Summit which on Spring and Summer time offer trips to the top of the mountain, such a beautifull view we had of the whole lake and forest! it was close to the Zoo too! our only concern was that we feel the carpets were dusty, so our daughter who suffer alergies was the first one too feel it with watery eyes and nose. So the condo was great, except for the dust on the carpet, but it was no dust on furniture. We would love to come back and try other property of Cool Cabins.

This condo has seen its better days. Ok for for a group of college kids maybe, but not in great shape. It needs some work. The location is wonderful- walk to the slopes and quick drive to restaurants and shopping.

Condo needs some real attention, front door very hard to open, electrical outlets don't work in kitchen counter area, along with the garbage disposal & light outlet above kitchen sink doesn't work. Was not the rental that I rented, but it did work out for the family.
