      Location, Location, Location!

This condo is really nice and roomy and the location is fantastic. Unlike a lot of the older homes in the area. The condo is newer and very nicely kept. This house could definitely sleep 8 and very comfortably sleep 6. Bear Mountain is literally an 8 minute walk up the hill. We walked to the slope every day. The back yard is a golf course which is great in the winter, because we were able to sled right in the back yard.

The house could have been a little more equipped with basics. No kleenex - no extra garbage bags and no cork screw. Over all, though, it was very clean and accomodating. We never did get our pre-paid for firewood and I don't think we were ever refunded for insurance refund or wood. I will check to confirm that later this week.

Thank you for responding to our survey. We have verified there is a corkscrew in the house. We do not supply Kleenex or paper towels. We do supply trash bags to the property in the event more are needed you may stop by our housekeeping department,
We are sorry for the misunderstanding on the firewood. Again we thank you for responding to our survey.

Really cute and homey feel. Would definately stay there again. Plenty of space for at least 8 guests. All appliances worked well...nice hot water. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Walking distance to Big Bear Mountain which was so convenient! Overall clean, spacious, and had a great view of the lake! Only negative...only 2 parking spaces, which can be inconvenient for larger parties.

      Amazing!!

Left on 01/09/2011 for a stay in December 2010

Our family of 6 enjoyed every moment staying at this condo (our kids are 15, 16, 18, 21)...it was the perfect place for us!! We plan on returning as often as we can!! The employees at the rental office were very nice, helpful and so friendly!! We stayed over Christmas...we were so thrilled to walk into the condo on arriving to find it was decorated for the holidays...what a perfect way to start our Christmas vacation!! The condo had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The view from the living room was breath-taking...loved it!!! The only thing that could have made it more comfy was to have a queen or king in one of the 2 bedrooms...but we did just fine. This condo made for a perfect White Christmas for our family!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

      A great place to stay

Left on 01/05/2011 for a stay in December 2010

The place was clean and had everything needed. The shower in the upstairs bathroom didn't drain well but other than that we had a great time. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to bear mountain with small children but they were able to make it. We did drive up when it was snowing. We'd love to stay here again on our next visit.

The house was great, but the weather was lousy! Three days of pouring rain. It was a godsend to have had a washer and dryer! Will always seek a house with a dryer from now on. House could use more stock items, such as paper towels and garbage bags, if house guests are expected to clean up and take garbage out of facility. Also, things like coffee filters...extra soap (one for sink, one for shower - only one was provided. Also the 3rd bedroom in the loft was really a storage attic with a door but with no heating vents in it - so it was cold at night with the door closed. Otherwise the space accommodated our group of 8 nicely.
