Welcome back to the new upgraded Bear Meadow Condo with improved amenities. This beautiful condo has two bedrooms and 2 baths right on the Moonridge Golf Course. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and dining area. The living room has a fireplace and a new 70 inch big screen TV/wireless internet and access out on the deck for the pond view on the golf course. Each of the over sized bedrooms are located on the 1st level and the master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. We just had a great vacation at Bear Meadow Condo #546. The television was not 70 inches as it said on the web site but we couldn't care less. The condo was great and watching the golfers was so much fun. Our granddaughter had a great time feeding the ducks in the evenings and looking for pinecones. We had one plumbing issue and someone was there in less than 30 minutes to take care of it for us.
We would definately return and we have already recommended this place to friends. -

We were VERY disappointed., Upon arrival at the condo everything looked o.k from the outside and even seemed o.k from the inside, But quickly we began to notice the place hadn't been cleaned just straightened up. The towels were hung nicely but hadn't been washed and were dirty, there was feces on the toilet, there were empty candy wrappers in the dresser drawers and also between the cushions of the couch along with all kinds of whatever???, there was used wet clothing in the corner of the closet, the dishes were put away dirty, there were muddy hand prints on the stairway hall,.. etc Etc ETC!!! I started to clean almost the second I got there just so things would be halfway sanitary!!! and when I went to use some paper towels that were in the kitchen, I found them to be covered on the ends with old meat. it was Disgusting!!!

Thank you for your response. I apologize for your experience and hopethat you would give us another try. The condos are generally very well maintained and it looks like someone dropped the ball in the cleaning for your arrival. We do have 24 hour on call service and would hope next time you would notify our office to anything out of sorts on your arrival
