The house looked so much better than it did in the photos. Bigger than we expected too. The kitchen was totally stocked with pots and pans..really everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The view is amazing..you will be spoiled once you stay here. Perfect for lots of people and for all ages of children. The only downside was the master bath shower really needs to be regrouted...it was not pleasant to take a shower in there. Location is very convenient to all and the garage fits 4 cars comfortably. No driveway issues as it is totally flat. The downstairs bedrooms get a little noisy due to any upper floor activity so put people who go to bed late downstairs. We really loved this house!

This place has a beautiful view and large deck. Great for a large family. The only downfall is the bathrooms are a little old and moldy.

Great service, the place was just like the pictures and even bigger than I imagined it would be. Great view of the lake and an easy drive into the town. Great getaway for you and your friends.

The only floss the cabin had was the bathroom towels felt like cardboard and very tough on the skin. Furthermore, the toilet paper was very poor quality. It was not a good experience.

Everything was great about the house with the exception of the refrigerator. It had a horrible odor coming from it and even though a cleaning person was sent out the smell didn't go away. Big Bear Vacations sent out a new refrigerator and was very responsive to our needs. Once this problem was resolved we got back to having a great experience. Location, location, location! What a great house.

Wonderful house. Loved everything. Place needs some minor repairs and is need of new and better lawn and patio furniture. Need to make sure the weeds are remove or it is very difficult to get boats and jet skis into dock. Otherwise, great!

Upon our arrival we were all exited with the family running around the house experiencing all the rooms in this Big beautiful house! The next day we started to smell something in the kitchen, we chose to ignore it but on the 3rd day several family members started to become nauseated by the smell. It smelled like a dead animal possibly a rat. We thought it might be some spoiled food because it got worse every time we opened the refrigerator so we threw away all the food
in the refrigerator ($400) worth and cleaned the refrigerator inside and out and purchased more food. The smell got worse!. I then called Big Bear Vacations and they sent out a maintenance guy who explained they've had this problem for 5-6 years and he couldn't do anything. So now I'm thinking theres a nest underneath the house..not good! I called again and they sent a company out who cleaned the tray underneath and inside and it seemed to be okay so i called and extended our vacation in order to make my family happy again but that very evening the smell returned. Omg! We decided to stay outside the cabin the best we could and i took the family out to eat every night until we left. I wish things could have been better but they obviously were not. i didn't get an apology or anything from big Bear Cabins so therefore I will not recommend them to you or anyone, Would you? So very disappointed! -

No propert number on house. Key did not work new one had to be brought. Then discovered that night no screens it was in the in the 80's and we could not open doors because of bugs. Next day found screens in garage called and man sent out to install. Great property but it was al in the recovery.

The home was in much better repair than last year. It is still quite expensive compared to others in the area. It does have the bedrooms and baths that we require, so that is a real plus.
This is the third year in a row that we've had our annual get-together and it was a wonderful weekend! -

the checkin and checkout took only minutes. the property was well kept and the accomadations for our group was a great fit. The views from the balconys were wonderful.
The neighborhood was quiet but only minutes from town.We would definatly do it again. -

This is a fabulous home to rent as a large, extended family. We were four couples and six children and the bedroom/bath configuration gave everyone privacy. The common rooms are large enough and located for many separate and group activities. The kitchen perfect for creating wonderful meals.
The only downside is that there is not ample deck furniture outside. We've rented the house 3 times now and have had to bring in our own tables & chairs to accomodate 14 people dining outside. Also, don't expect to use the dock, the water level and weeds make it impossible to bring in a boat. -

Greatest house in Big bear. Fully equipped with everything you need. Couldnt ask for anything more. Close to slopes, beautiful views. Steam shower is phenomenal! Highly, highly recommend!

I rent a luxury home in Big Bear for my birthday yearly with my family and friends. It's a wonderful way for everyone to hang together away from the every day stress of life.. Although I didn't get the house I requested due to your scheduling foul up.. BBV made up for it with Eagles Nest. It was beautiful, huge and has with alot of amenities.. Unfortunately there is no Jacuzzi and it's not as nicely decorated as another that I've rented, but still amazing. Which says alot about your rentals. I would definitely rent it again. I had an awesome time, can't wait to for next year!

We have stayed in plenty of homes from Big Bear Vacation but this one
stood out from others. We have never had a more relaxing time. A
beautiful house and an even better view. I recommend you bring a
boat or jet ski which will make your stay great. Also the home has a
lot of bathrooms which comes to a good use. I would also recommend
a long stay cause time will really fly. A good week we give you the
right amount of time for everything.
I hope you enjoy staying in this magnificent home with your whole
family. -

GREAT FAMILY FUN

We just spent a wonderful week at the Eagle's Nest and had a
wonderful time. This is the second time that we stayed in a vacation
rental home instead of a hotel and it was perfect.
The house was closer to the lake than we even planned, right out side
our door, and it made it easy to bring the kids and all our gear. The
manager was wonderful and made it very easy for us and our house
guests to find the house. Everything was in order when we arrived.
We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you're bringing
kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the at the lake or
mountain. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside, we actually
found some time to relax on our vacation! We'll be back next year.

Great for family bonding

This was our sixth consecutive year at this cabin. It's a wonderful place to get all the family together for some fun and bonding. The house is big and very comfortable for everyone. The location is great and the view of the lake is spectacular.
