Amenities: Jus Restin’ is located in the Village behind Chad's Place and Murray’s. Only a ½ block walk to all of the restaurants, movies and shopping and a short walk to lake and boat launch area. This cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The large master bedroom has 1 king, 1 queen futon, cable TV with a full bath spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has 1 queen bed with a 3/4 bath (shower only) downstairs. The living room has a large gas fireplace, extended cable TV/DVD. We liked the location but it needs major upgrades. One of the VCR s did not work, the instructions for working another were wrong. There was graffiti all over the shed in the back, the outside wall and the kitchen window which was unnerving. The back yard might be nice in the winter with snow but there is no warmth or inviting you to be out there at all. The heating was on and off and so we would be sweating and then freezing. The constant old notes over the cabinets made it feel cold and aesthetically displeasing. I would not stay there again. Despite the above we had a good time, just would pick a different location next time.

This cabin was pretty much what I expected. It was not as clean as I had hoped for the price, but in a great location in the center of the village. There was a door missing to one of the bedrooms so we reported it and a friendly maintence man promtly showed up, found the door under the bed and put it back up.

We were a bit skeptical about renting a cabin in Big Bear as we have an infant baby (10 months) and have never rented a cabin before.
When we entered, the cabin was super clean, things all organized and kept in their places. The staircase was a little wet due to the rain but we called in the office and they sent someone to dry it up instantly which was quick and efficient service.
Has 3 tv - in living room, family room and master bed. 4 people can sleep in the master bed and 2 can sleep in the bed downstairs. Nice kitchen with microwave, oven toaster, big clean fridge and a dining table for 4 people.
Walking distance to the Village shopping area. Big bear blvd is 3 minutes walk. Ihop is 3 mins drive and the summit is 5 min drive. Ideally located.
Would definitely rent it out again!! -

We had so much fun! We had a big group of adults and children & there was something for everyone. Kids had great time in huge snow filled yard and loved the large rooms to play in. Adults enjoyed short walking distance to town and beautiful view of lake. It was a short drive to slopes and sledding. The kitchen is small but met all our needs. Plenty of sleeping room, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer..all needs were met! Already made reservations for this year..can't wait!!!

Three of us wanted to take advantage of the massive local snow and were comparing a cabin to a hotel. Even with just three people, the cabin was a better buy. And this cabin was just what we needed:
Great location - a 3 minute walk to town and just a short drive to the slopes
Great cabin - clean and plenty of space.
Great customer service - easy to get to the mgmt people and they are open early and late for keys. -

Hi my name is Rick I was a guest in this cabin and honestly I have seen better cabins
at big bear it was just to expensive $600.00 dollars for just two nights not only was it
expensive but everything in the cabin is old in other words obsolete not worth the
price customer service is unhelpful specially this gal,very rude she needs to learn
manners when talking to people we ended up talking to another girl who knew exactly
how to helps us anyway if you even think of renting it bring your own blankets and
sanitizer thank you. -

The upstairs portion of this cabin is one large room with a king size bed, queen size futon, and a large bathroom. This cabin is perfect for a family, since the kids can all stay upstairs while there is a bedroom downstairs for the parents. It had a large kitchen/living area, and a large second living room/game room. The house is situated on a large lot, and is sheltered by trees and a couple other buildings. It is also an easy walking distance from the village.
