Moonstruck is a spacious California style home that brings out the romance in us! The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room off from the kitchen. The dining area has sitting for six. The living room has a gas log fireplace, internet (ethernet), TV/DVD and a stereo. Bring your own cord for the internet. The first bedroom has a queen and the second bedroom has two twins. liked: snow in the mountains, gas fire place, garage (w/ 5 sleds), direct TV and wireless internet, and a decent location.
would have liked: remote for the garage door opener, sligthly less firm bed, jacuzzi after an aggressive day skiing.

It is close to downtown so you can drive to any place in a short time. The house is clean and comfortable. But you have to bring your own hair dryer, soap and shampoo.

We were pleasantly suprised by how well equipped this house was. Very nice size, everyone had a bed in their own room, no lofts or sleeper sofas. Nice ammenities.

We enjoyed our visit to Big Bear Lake and staying at Moonstruck #758 added to it. The only recommendation that I have is to replace the twin beds mattresses or the bed themselves. They make a lot of noise when turning in bed. It was not a comfortable sleep.

Be careful , there is Hidding charge on insurance . When you book it N some hundred dollars insurance fee are Hidding together. When I call insurance company N they said over grace time 10 days. But I was Bookd 2 month ago. They said Canot waive it ?

Hello,
We stayed 5 nights at Moonstruck 758.
We were 6 people and a baby.
We really enjoyed our stay : it is a very nice and convenient vacation home, close to Snow Summit (5 minutes drive) and to everything (stores, Big Bear Village...). The home is very well furnished with a fireplace, the kitchen has everything for cooking and there is also a butane barbecue.
I recommend this house.

Moonstruck 758 is a comfortable, well-appointed home that is conveniently located near Snow Summit and Bear Valley (without all the traffic). Two minor complaints: Not enough dishware, and the heater sounds like a jet engine. As a resident of Northern California, I continue to prefer our more local resorts, but having lived in SoCal previously (as well as having owned a home in Big Bear), this house is very comparable to most rentals and is good value for the money.

This was just the perfect house to rent for our group of 6. The home is clean, well stocked and within minutes of the slopes.
We were surprised by all of the amenities. The kids even found sleds in the garage. Having a nice clean garage was so helpful for putting my chains on in the winter.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee maker, cutlery, silverware, microwave oven, conventional oven, dishes, glasses, wine opener, etc., etc.
Every couch and chair in the living room converts to a lazy boy and makes for an enjoyable night around the t.v.
We just had a great time. The price was right as well. -

My family & I LOVED this house! It's in a nice neighborhood...quiet street. It was very clean and comfortable inside...the decor made the home feel invititing and warm to come back to. We had friends staying in Big Bear over the 4th of July holiday while we were up there and everyone stopped by to visit and loved the house too and wanted to know how to go about renting it. This is the BEST house so far we have rented through Big Bear Vacations. It was completely stocked with more than enough dishes and supplies...there are some great games in the cupboard, the master bedroom especially was great to sleep in. Everything worked without a problem in this house...the livingroom was GREAT to kick back in and watch tv. This house is so close to the Village and it was so convenient getting back and forth. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice family home to rent for a few days or longer. It's beautiful inside...cozy...comfy and the deck in front had plenty of room for a group of us sitting out there bbq'ing. I plan to rent it again for my group when we go back!
