This is a 2 story house with useful kitchen with a microwave and a dining table. The relaxing living room has wood burning fireplace, flat TV/DVD and all new furnishings. The full bath is located downstairs and both of the bedrooms are upstairs. Both bedrooms have brand new full size beds. Had a good time, nice cabin, comfy beds. Only thing I didn't care for was the cost I had to pay for a cleaning fee, and the heater was really noisy.
We were there 2 nights and left the place how we came in, all that would need to be done is new sheets/towels and that is not worth the amount that I had to prepay for a cleaning fee. Specially since there were hairs left behind in the bathrooms from whoever was before us, so a pricy cleaning fee for what -

Overall I loved the cabin. Check in was a block away. I had no clue, but the beds were tempurpedic so that was an extra bonus. The staff was very friendly, but I still felt a little decieved. The pricing they show turns into a lot more, and the Living Social voucher I got to pay for the cabin didn't do much for me. Expensive cabin and you can't put too many people in it to help pay.

Loved staying at Papa Brownie-- comfortable bed, nice fireplace, kitchen and living room. Only negative was the noise from a neighbor at 2am, which kept me awake for an hour or 2.

I love that this cabin is located near the Village, the lake, restaurants, and is within walking distance to Snow Summit. It has so many nice features inside...wood floors, new kitchen, new bathroom, nice big TV with cable,comfy leather couch, and the mattresses are Memory Foam mattresses(which I was not expecting at all). The cabin was very clean and comfortable.
I do have two warnings/complaints... the cabin is pretty close to Big Bear Blvd., which can create some noise at night. It is not that bad, unless you are a really light sleeper. Second, the cabin has a shared yard with the cabin directly behind it (Mama Bear Cabin). The two cabins also share a parking area (which is not very big). The two cabins are actually pretty close to each other. No one was staying in the back cabin while we were there, so it did not cause any problems, but it would have been weird to share the outside area with strangers if they were there. It would actually be a great convenience if you were with a group and wanted two cabins...you would have some common area to get together. -

The costumer service was amazing, and easy check in and check out. The cabin was clean, big, and better than what I expected. The beds were very comfy, and easy to just fall asleep on, and the couch was comfy also. Perfectly located to many of the tourist places around Big Bear including the lake. It was wonderful outside, and it was very nice to just walk around the cabin. It was a great place to just get away and relax. I have no complaints and plan on using this cabin again.

The house was perfect and centrally located to everything. Village within walking distance, and shops within biking distance. Fawnskin and Marina about 7 min drive was great since we went Stand-Up Paddleboarding everyday. The house was clean and the decor was just amazing. Huge backyard to sunbathe or just sit and read all day. Of course the Bbvr service once again met my highest expectations.
