Spruce Hollow is a charming and lovely A frame style cabin with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths plus a new outdoor spa. This 2 story is sweet and warm mountain cabin with a nice living room with wood stove, flat TV/DVD/CD stereo/wireless internet and a twin sofa sleeper. The soaring floor to ceiling front windows let you take in the feel of the mountains and give you secluded treed view. The kitchen is cozy, but equipped with a small dining table and a microwave. The 1st bedroom is located downstairs with a queen size bed, TV/DVD/iPod dock and a full bath. The people that work in the office are very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving to the cabin we soon found out the heater did not work nor did the microwave. We built a fire figured we would call in the morning. Tried two times to call the office no answer! Go to make coffee in the morning with the coffee supplied to me at the office and its two months expired. Later that evening we get back to the cabin after a long day of boarding and thought it would be nice to jump in the Hot Tube. Go to jump in and there is stuff including hair floating at the top. When I checked out I told the person working the front my frustrations. There response to me was I am sorry you were cold. On the plus side the cabin was beautiful and really clean. I plan on coming back next year but I do not think I will be making a reservation through you.

This rental property was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. We used the wood fireplace to heat the home when the sun went down. The location was close enough to access anyplace around Big Bear Lake, but far enough away to fell secluded.
My wife and I enjoyed our 3-night stay. Thank you. -

It was a weekend getaway. Nice little cabin. A little pricy, but private. Has a jacuzzi, but we were so tired we did not get to use it. The cabin must of not been used because there were spider webs everywhere. Nice area for 2 compact cars to park in front of house. I would say 3 star rating. I did not feel quite at home. I wished I would have brought my own bed sheets. Slightly dusty. Nice fridge, clean kitchen. As for the bathrooms, did not shower, not a relaxing feel. I just didn't feel comfortable.

The cabin is delightful and well located. The staff at Big Bear Vacations are friendly and helpful. The only problem is with the housekeeping staff. The sheets on the bed had yellow stains the color of urine on both the top sheet and the bottom sheet and one of the "clean" towels had big brown spots.

was very nice for booking last minute. Very quick easy check in and close to cabin. Took my 3 kids to experience big bear and they loved it. The cabin has everything you need. The jacuzzi isn't the greates and has a strong chlorine smell. Very close to everything so that was nice. Would use this as a weekend getaway in the future.

We had a great time and the cabin was clean and great for two people. The only negative was the spa had leaves and had a green tint to the water which we were uncomfortable in using. Other than that we had a great time and would use your company again.

Our stay was wonderful and the staff at Big Bear Vacations was extremely pleasant and helpful. My only complaint with the cabin is the bed. It wasn't very comfortable and due to the cabin design, there wasn't a head board to push your pillow up against.

I rented this cabin for my husbands birthday because he's always wanted to stay in a cabin in Big Bear. The cabin was clean, maintained and the furnishings were in good condition. We didn't know what to expect but everything was just as described online. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

It was nice, glad I was able to find something last minute. It was pretty nice for the most part. Just a few things that could have been a little better... Lots of cob webs throughout the house, the comforter in downstairs bedroom leaves feathers on everything and under furniture needs to be vaccuumed. It was a lot of fun though. Perfect size for our little family!!!
